I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

We enjoyed our stay at spasimo hotellerie! Beautiful pool and hot tub, nice rooftop breakfast available, and very helpful and friendly staff. Location was good, a short walk away from main city areas. No in and out car privileges, but staff was helpful with navigating the parking situation. Overall very impressive for a boutique hole in the wall hotel. Would recommend.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean but not pristine. I mean you see discoloration on the shower grout. There was also a stench coming from the shower drain. It wasn’t that bad but it was there. There was also odor in the gym, not sure if it was coming from the toilette. Overall if they sanitize the place and do deep cleaning they will be in good shape. The staff was very friendly otherwise.
