I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palermo. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the lovely team of staff, and made our stay a fantastic one. Would definately stay again if we were ever to go back to the area.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We wanted to see an archeological site outside of town and Inès arranged it all. The rooms and facility were like living in an art installation! It was amazing. Great food and sites!

Von außen wirkt das Hotel sehr unscheinbar. Sobald man jedoch durch die alte Eisentür geht wird man sprachlos. Man wird mit einer Herzlichkeit begrüßt, die Koffer werden bereits ins Zimmer gebracht während man bei einem Kalt oder Heißgetränk den Check In macht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine perfekte Größe. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick und Zugang zum Innenhof und somit einen sehr kurzen Weg zum Pool, der auch fantastisch war. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Man kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

A wonderful hotel. Our room was a loft room, beautifully converted, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was on the roof terrace and delicious. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and perhaps are the hotels greatest asset.

Amazing hotel in an exciting district of Palermo. All the staff were super helpful & friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We loved our two night stay, we were able to arrive early & leave our bags & given refreshments which made our first day in Palermo sightseeing a great experience. Perfect is you are travelling by train as it’s an easy walk to the station.

Staff was incredible. We traveled with a baby and they went above and beyond to insure a pleasant experience. We dealt with a redeye flight and they helped ease our discomfort with very good customer service and friendly staff.

Lovely small boutique hotel just outside of the busy tourist area. Pristine and peaceful - best nights sleep I’ve had in years. Beautiful rooftop patio, 2 pools and 3 blocks from the seafront if you like a morning run before an indulgent morning breakfast. Exceptional staff and customer service. Would go to Palermo again just to stay there again.

Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating. Lovely peaceful rooms and a huge roof deck where breakfast is served. Highly recommend!!!!! We’ll be back.

The staff, especially Sylvia, Sabrina and Salvo, was extremely helpful, and always cheerful! The breakfast experience is worthy of a 5-star hotel. The facade of the hotel seems like a warehouse but once you’re in the property it’s like a friendly village. The area in which the hotel is located, Kalsa, is in the process of gentrifying, with trendy restaurants and clubs. Also the hotel is near the beach. Highly recommended.
