“The whole hotel wreaks of perfume. The smell was so strong in my room that I had to sleep with the windows open. The room appeared clean, but I found someone else's clothing on the desk chair when I pulled it out to use it (ewww).
The ironing board had a cover, but there was no foam under it so it was impossible to iron without shoving a towel under the cover. I learned this because when I pulled the ironing board out of the closet, a used towel fell out of the cover.”
“It’s a good motel to stay over night when making long trips. Some splatter on the ceiling and not sure what it was but I can only assume. I also killed two roaches, both in the bathroom. Breakfast provided which is hard to find currently. Loved the waffle station. Cereal was stale according to my wife but it got the job done.”
“When a property is advertised as having an indoor pool, I expect it to be useable for swimming. Instead, after the front desk person indicated where to find the pool, I walked there just to discover it was closed for maintenance. Why was it advertised as having a pool? Why didn't the front desk just tell me and apologize for the inconvenience instead of letting me walk there to find out on my own. Not acceptable!”
