The home is centrally located minutes from Downtown Gardens and West Palm Beach. There various options for dining and shopping. The home is in a family oriented neighborhood.

The home has 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms. It was recently updated with new appliances and has 4 comfortable beds to suit your family. Each room have a tv mounted on the wall. The home is 1,366 sq ft with plenty of parking spaces in the driveway that can accommodate more than 4 vehicles.

The house was very clean and spacious, me and my family enjoyed the pool a lot. I would recommend staying here for those need a place to stay that are in town for a bit. Also push the door in so the lock can unlock.

Really, really enjoyed staying in this VRBO. The owner/manager was fantastic. Great central location to everything in Palm Beach Gardens. Loved the backyard with the pool. Would diffinitely stay here again if Im in South Floris.

The map pin for the listing was in a completely different neighborhood as the actual house. This was a real problem for us. I am an active pickleball player and the map pin was in an exclusive neighborhood within walking distance of the premier pickleball courts/park in the Palm Beach Garden area. Given the location of the actual house, I had to use a car to get to the park.The second issue with the location relative to the listed location was that the neighborhood was a bit run down relative to where we thought we were renting. This was confirmed by checking on Zillow home price listings and comparing them between the two locations. The wives were a bit nervous in taking evening walks in the neighborhood.Both VRBO and the manager thought this location was merely an inconvenience, but this is the sole reason we picked the location based on the map pin. There were no amends offered for this material difference in location.Before renting I asked the owner/manager if the TVs included national channels. The answer was ‘yes’. This was important to us as we were renting during the Superbowl and we were all Eagle fans. It turned out that the TVs did not have national channels.There was a cement debris pile next to the pool lounging area which was not in the pictures. Apparently, the debris pile was placed there after the pictures were taken. Additionally, the pool pump/filter system was loud and not in a typical sound dampening enclosure. That ruined some of the plea
