It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 12 miles from West Palm Beach Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses. The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful. Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!
Please note that POOL HEATEING is available at $25 per day (Nov - Apr) to help us offset the cost of electricity that it takes to keep it nice and warm.
