Welcome home to this spacious, bright, updated first-floor, end-unit condo in The Pines North. Your dedicated parking space is just steps from your front door. There is more guest parking than any community you will find.

The unit is completely renovated with new appliances, new tile flooring, new bathrooms and more. Color palette is fresh and contemporary. Ample closet space.

The bonus is a huge brand-new sun porch with an extra fridge and plenty of room for storage and entertaining.

The location is within walking or biking distance to Lake Ida Park and trendy Downtown Delray Beach. 2 miles to beach.

The community is guard-gated 24 hours a day. There are two updated clubhouses, hot tubs, two pools, tennis courts, and more. It is a 55+ community — but you do not have to be 55 or older to rent here.

$2500/month (3 month minimum)
