「Our house was wonderful, and our condo was nice, overlooking the lake. It was very clean and just steps away from the beach. I would have given the property a five-star rating, but I didn’t due to a few drawbacks. The pools close at 8:00 p.m., there is only one restaurant on the property that closes at 4:00 p.m., and no activities are offered at this location.」

「My husband and I went with a group over spring break. Ours was the best room of them all! Nice and clean plus a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having our coffee. Tiki bar was great for lunch and a nice cold drink! We attended the Luau and it was worth the money. We will stay here again for sure!!」

「This stay at Kelly and Justin's was absolutely top notch. The accommodations were very clean. Check in was simple and exactly as described, and the room was literally just steps away from the beach ! (Just remember to bring your key with you to and from ;)). This was my first stay in Daytona and I will say the beach and neighbors where a bit of a mixed bag. Regarding the rental though, last but not least the entire weekend was started off on an incredible note as the hosts provided the sweetest...

「Interracial family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we thought the building looked a little rough, however we had no issues with the area or building. I had difficulty finding the unit, but the host responded immediately to my message to help me. The property has easy beach access. There was always parking available at all hours of the day. There is an elevator to access the unit if you do not want to use the stairs. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas to entertain us...
