Perfect vacation spot for family

This was a perfect spot for our family to get away for a few days together. It was clean, really well stocked, spacious, and had every single thing we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Great experience

Clean, close to pool and beach. Back yard pool was clean I would suggest putting in your description there is a working security fence for the pool. This was important with the littles! Also, emphasizing there is a door alarm on the door going outside.

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. House was very clean, well appointed, new appliances, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Great place for kids, parents and grandparents! We visited universal park, NASA Kennedy space center, St. Augustine, pirate museum and went to a movie. This home and community are very safe, clean and close to all you need. We have visited the Palm Coast area for over 10 years and this is one of our favorite homes ! My only issue is the pool area needs some attention. The landscaping is overgrown, weeds in the pool deck and landscaping area. The hedge behind the fence blocks the view of the lake.

July 2024 Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of six adults with three young children. We stayed five nights in July. The home has great separation and privacy for three families. There are a lot of stairs, but the elevator is exceptionally helpful for getting luggage and groceries to the upper floors. The home was very clean and all appliances were functioning properly. The walkway/access to the beach is just around the corner, as is access to two very nice swimming pools. Thank you so much for making this beautiful and well appointed home available to guests. It exceeded our expectations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On occasion of my mom's 100th birthday, we gathered a large family group to celebrate this important occasion. Sea Esta was just the place for it. It was comfortable and have us lots of exercise going up and down the stairs. The elevator was a blessing for the older folks. There were only a couple of maintenance issues, which were resolved as soon as we reported them.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to Cinnamon Beach in July 2023 from Ohio with another family. We were looking for a relaxing escape from every day life and found exactly what we were looking for with Sea Esta! The pros absolutely outweighed the cons, but here's a recap: PROS: The home overall was beautiful, spacious, clean and well-appointed. Having an elevator to travel from floor to floor was great when bringing in groceries. The multiple decks and outdoor space allowed for relaxation and great views. The garage included ample beach gear and four bicycles. We were a short walk away from the community pools, grille and beach. With the community being gated, we always felt safe and secure in our surroundings. We found a number of good dining options within a short driving distance of the community and loved that it wasn't a crowded, touristy area. No one can predict the weather, but we got really lucky with very little rain and reasonable humidity. It made for an overall great family vacation. CONS: The pool at the house was really green and murky. By the time we left things had cleared up a bit, but that was a little disappointing. They were attentive with someone coming by three days in row so we did appreciate the effort to try and fix the issue. As for the beach within the community, if the goal is spend time jumping in the waves this is not the beach to do it. There are large rocks/boulders along the shore line. If you're just looking to relax in the sand, it's perfectly suitable and clean. We ended up driving to Flagler Beach two days to enjoy the waves. The community pools are nice but pretty heavily monitored - the adult "quiet" pool is very quiet. For some that is likely a dreamy experience, for us, it felt a little stifling. Not necessarily a con, just something to be aware of if you're looking for a more lively adult experience. Overall, I would recommend Sea Esta and this community in general if you're looking for a laid back, relaxing vacation.

This home exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect place for three couples or adult family members to stay because each has their own master bedroom suite, master bath, and separate outdoor sitting areas. It also has a kids room with its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, the outdoor furniture was high quality, the BBQ grill was clean and there were plenty of beach towels, wagon, chairs, and a canopy umbrella. The beach and resort pools are a short five minute walk. Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals did an exceptional job in quickly responding to any questions. Highly recommend.

By the beautiful sea!

This is a beautiful house! It is so fun for a group vacationing at the beach. It is nice to have three very private spaces with beautiful views also. I’m not sure it actually can sleep 10. It can sleep 6 to 7 adults and three to four children.

Renting Large in Palm Coast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was super spacious, including the bedrooms, rooms on each floor. Lots of stairs inside but the elevator inside house works well if needed. Very comfortable outdoor sitting areas on each outdoor deck, very comfortable beds & lots of bathrooms. Outdoor grill worked well for BBQing. Pool patio area was super comfortable to hang out in. We did have a couple of glitches, hot water heater stopped working, pool spa stopped heating up due automatic valve being broken but each time we called the maintenance person, they were quick to respond although the valve turned out to be broken & needed to be replaced which couldn’t happen on New Years Day. Beach access was super close, 2-3 min walk & beautiful to walk on. The community pool area was very nice, it has a food grill you can order from & fitness center was nice also. 3 bikes available at house if you like to bike. Clean area & Publix grocery store very close by. I would definitely recommend this house to rent & the Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rental management people were easy to work with & always responded to my questions quickly. We had a great time at the house, would stay there again. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby also.

Amazing Rental Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great House, we love Cinnamon Beach, we are local but this has become our yearly favorite staycation. We loved everything about the house, I will say having the kitchen on the 3rd floor was hard at times, when bringing food up and down to the pool. It could use a nice dining table with chairs outside. We rented 2 tables and chairs, there wasn't much room for a large family to sit and eat outside. Very Clean, beautiful home.
