Awesome Trip

The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It's centrally located in Palm Desert, so it was a quick 10-15 minute drive to any restaurant we wanted to go to. We'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this condo for a few nights because it is pet friendly and 2 stories (no upstairs neighbors!! 😁). We loved the accommodations and location. Decor was impeccable!

The unit was laid out comfortably and very clean. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were labeled indicating what was inside. That made it easy to find what you needed and also where to put items away. It was a plus having TV's in the bedrooms as well as the living room. The location was great. Grassy area for kids to play and near the pool but not too close as to be bothersome. All in all, a great place and would rent again.

The condo is exactly as described. Clean, well stocked, very spacious. My only complaint, are the swimming pools. The pools are very dirty. For two full days, the pools were so filthy, no one could swim in them. I do realize however, this is not the fault of the condo owner nor of the management company. I definitely enjoyed the actual condo. Michael

Wonderful Stay in Gorgeous Home

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home during the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Everything was just right. The attention to detail is the best we’ve seen in any home we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at a ton of places). This unit is clean, spacious, well decorated and has a good supply of kitchen essentials. The pool is only a few steps away and the units are nicely spaced apart so you don’t feel crowded. The location is very quiet, private, convenient to a grocery store and restaurants.

Family Vacation

Location was good, proximity to pool is perfect. The BBQ was important to our family, I called in advance to ensure that it was working clean and had plenty of propane. I was assured that it would be taken care of . Unfortunately the only thing that was delivered was it was clean. There was barely any propane and no extra tank . The unit needs a new bbq and either a gas line or a 2nd tank available in the garage. The condominium is well apportioned and we enjoyed our stay.

Palm Desert Reunion

We loved the condo and its proximity to the pool. We had 3 generations of family, from a 3 year old to a 76 year old. Some comments for improvement: it would be great to have an office space, possibly upstairs in the landing. This area is underutilized. White carpeting upstairs will quickly stain just with traffic. Check chairs in the kitchen: there were screws that were felt when sitting on the seats. Finally, pool very cool and not used by the children. This was a disappointment for us.
