“The resort is great - salt water pools staff around the villas.The place itself deserves 0*.We travel all the time and have NEVER left a negative review. Not once. This is the very first one.We believe in resolving issues with the hosts - in case anything goes wrong.This host never even acknowledged our message letting her know this was the worst experience we've ever had. Disgustingly dirty: - every single item in the kitchen including the dishes/ appliances- thick layers of dust on ceiling……

“The property and unit were fine, but had a number issues , some were dealt with in a timely fashion others were not. We advised our host on the first day that cable channels not working, I suggested it was a faulty box, someone came two days later and took the box and never returned with a working one, so no cable for our 2 week stay. No butcher knife, only a broken paring knife, eventually got a new butcher knife after 7 days. The safe to store valuables never worked and I did advise them of……

“Just finished a great week in Palm Desert, and this property met or exceeded our expectations in almost every way. First of all, our biggest source of anxiety about the property was the second story but the front staircase was not a big deal and more importantly the back patio was wonderful in terms of providing a nice quiet and shady spot for our breakfast and coffee. “I stayed here for 4 nights while volunteering at the American Express golf tournament at PGA West in La Quinta. Outstanding location in Old Town La Quinta. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Very cozy living room and very comfortable bed. Large walk in closet, and great wifi reception. I didn’t use it but the pool was just in back of the building. Highly recommend this unit for a single person or couple.”

“The room and property were beautiful and exceptionally clean and upkept. The issue I had was at check-in. The room I paid for was for a 1 bedroom suite with dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc. The room I was given was an approximate 300 sq ft guest room. It was fine, but not what I paid for. I did not have time to remedy this since they did not allow me access to my room until close to 6pm and by then I had meetings I was rushing to. I was contacted by the hotel to let me know they……
