Drawbacks but Overall Nice

There were a few issues. The master bed is extremely firm. It almost feels like you’re sleeping on the floor, I thought this issue might be ‘no-go’ for some people. We also had a problem with not enough towels & washcloths but the owners immediately fixed this issue. They were very helpful. More issues: low to the ground couch, and odd placement of the main Television. Also, a few lights were out by the pool, as well as the back door would not lock, The ping pong table also broke during our stay, but we fixed it. It was so much fun to play ping pong, so that’s a big bonus.The house is just sooo gorgeous & same with the backyard. We love the pool and all of the vegetation that surrounds it. There was a gorgeous pair of butterflies and a hummingbird, which was delightful. The trees do shed in the pool, but it’s easy to fix. They have a huge net that you can scoop the pool with. We’ve stayed at 4 different houses in Palm Springs over the last 10 years because we love to vacation there and this is the first time that we had issues, but we still had a wonderful stay!

Comfortable, Clean, and Relaxing!

We had a really nice stay at this vacation rental. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt peaceful and relaxing the entire time. Great location and easy check-in made everything stress-free. Would definitely stay here again! The owners were amazing !

Loved this PS property.

Check in was simple, location perfect, relaxation needed. Everything was perfect in this house, from the thank you cookies that my kids goobled down to everything we needed in the house. We were up at 7am in the pool. We will be coming back Thank you

Relaxing 10 days in Palm Springs

We spent a relaxing 10 days in Palm Springs. Our goal was to play golf, play pickleball, hike, enjoy good food and a soothing hot tub in the evening. The condo’s location and setting made all of this possible. The condo is spacious and well laid out and the yard with pool and hot tub are very private and welcoming. We are a retired couple, however, we had our daughter and her husband and also a couple of friends visit us over the course of 10 days. The condo layout was very accommodating. Both the inside and outside spaces are very nice. Alex, the host is most accommodating and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had both prior and during our stay. We would definitely consider staying in this condo if we were to visit Palm Springs in the future. One downside that I should mention is the proximity of the condo to the airport. The flight pattern is right over the condo. We found we got used to the jet noise fairly quickly, but a family with small children or adults who are very sensitive to loud noises might find the proximity to the airport problematic. That said, easy access to the airport is a big plus!

The house was perfect for our California experience. The backyard oasis was relaxing. The home was stocked well, very clean, and had a great floor plan for visiting with friends/family. Aside from the nearby airport with airplanes flying over on occasion which was loud, it was a perfect stay!

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. It was beautifully decorated and vary clean. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for our love of cooking. The backyard and pool were especially enjoyable, and we spent most of our time there. The beautiful plants and trees in the garden provided an ideal setting for our morning coffee. I highly recommend this house as it was an excellent experience, and we definitely plan to stay here again.

Amazing vacation rental!!

We were in PS for my daughters wedding and had some of the family staying in this rental. The house was perfect!! Great, open, layout. Comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful great room for hanging out. The kitchen had everything you would need. The back yard was such a hit. The pool and spa were used many times over the weekend. There are so many patio chairs and tables and a wonderful BBQ. There are even pool toys available. Alex could not have been nicer! So accommodating to all of our requests and he responds so quickly. You cannot go wrong with this property!! We will definitely be back.

As Advertised!!!!

Just finished 5 days in Palm Springs. This property was as advertised with comfortable layout both indoors and outdoors. Pool and hot tub were used daily. House was clean and communication with owner was easy. One thing to note is this property is located near the airport. It wasn’t a problem for our stay but you do hear and see the planes taking off/landing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful backyard oasis

The best feature of this property is the backyard pool/spa area with a view of the mountains. It is very private and quiet, except for the nearby airport noise. The beautiful garden is colorful and well maintained. The large spa heats quickly to 104 degrees. Other amenities include very comfortable beds, nice linens, abundant indoor and outdoor towels, and a well equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The side yard provides a shady place for a game of ping pong or bocce ball. We also enjoyed the clean, modern, built-in barbecue. The location is purely residential, but there is a grocery store and shopping area about a mile away. It is an easy 5-10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. For tennis lovers, there are free public courts at nearby Ruth Hardy park. Our hosts were very responsive to the couple of minor issues that arose during our two-week stay. We would be happy to rent from them again.

Neglected, Unsafe and Poorly Equipped Home

I chose this property largely due to all the positive reviews. However, after our experience, I seriously question the authenticity of those reviews & wonder how long this one will stay up. We booked a month long stay for February. The home was dirty when we arrived; bugs squished on walls, toothpaste in the sink, hair in shower drains, dirt/dust in corners, drawers not wiped out & the ceiling furnace grill was literally caked & dripping with dirt, etc. It was clear the home has had a steady churn of rentals over the years and care/maintenance has been neglected -inside & out. Furnishings, towels & fixtures are generally warn out - the home is in general disrepair. The kitchen is poorly equipped with mismatched, cheap dishes. The worst part was the odor that originated from the laundry room and permeated the entire home. After immediately raising my concerns, the host sent in a cleaning crew & brought plug-in air fresheners. After a couple weeks, both my husband & I began to fall ill. It turned out we were suffering from natural gas poisoning from a leak at the connection to the dryer. It took my initiative to get it repaired, although the host had insisted the odor was not gas. On top of that, the CO alarm in the home was damaged and not working. There are number of other safety concerns - particularly exposed wiring & dangerous electric fixtures in the back yard. Needless to say, we vacated early. Frankly, we feel lucky to have gotten out of this experience alive!
