Great house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. A Perfect Palm Springs Place!

I stayed at Alexander on Belford with my elderly mom, a friend of hers from college, and her friend’s daughter. We loved the house and our time in Palm Springs!

Comfortable stay for families

Fun stay for 2 families! Enjoyed pool and had enough space to spread out. House was clean and well-stocked.

Loved the ping pong table in the garage and the Nintendo 64, which was a blast from the past...!

Spring Break vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice time in this house. We did find that Palm Springs’ new regulations regarding noise levels outside were prohibitive and did effect our ability to fully relax. The house was clean and in a niceness neighborhood. Sadly, there was so much construction and yard work at neighboring properties that created a lot of external racket. One tiny detail: the house needs to be equipped with much more hand soap and body wash. We were a large group who uses a lot of sunscreen. One tube of body gel was hardly enough to get us through the week. Overall, we had a great stay and we’d recommend the house to others.

Great Location, Great for Groups

We stayed here with several friends and our two newborns. The house is great for groups and has a wonderful location. The house is well decorated and very convenient. We will definitely come back!

The house was everything we had hoped for and just as it was pictured with spacious rooms, great seating areas for the whole group both inside and out. Excellent location for our trip. The service was fantastic with prompt responses and support throughout our experience. Would highly recommend to others!

Very nice stay. Had a great time!!

Very cute mid century modern home. Would’ve been great to have an outside fire pit. Kids loved the putting green and the heated pool!! However, there were no extra blankets or pillows in the home. Had to call to get more. Housekeeping was able to drop them off that afternoon.
