Off the kitchen is the East Patio complete with in-line natural gas Weber Grill and a glass table with seating for 6+ in a Rose Garden setting. In addition, the house has a separate den/living room with an architectural gas fireplace and an elegant, museum quality dining room with French doors that open onto the Sculpture Garden.
The Large, Deep Lagoon Pool features silky Salt-Water and fun Color Lights. The yard is professionally landscaped and fully furnished for relaxing and entertaining in style. Pool Heating Fee is recommended October through May ($89/night). Instead of that, Monthly guests pay an Advance Utility Deposit to cover the actual cost of electricity and natural gas during their stay.
You must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely No Smoking Inside and No Parties Allowed. Guests must agree to be considerate of our year-round neighbors at all times; NO MUSIC is allowed to be heard outside - day or night, quiet hours are from 10PM to 10AM.
"Pre-approved", well-behaved dogs are welcome, $150 each. Sorry, no cats.
