Welcome to this fabulous turnkey, furnished second floor unit 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Summerset Springs in the Tahquitz Creek Golf Club neighborhood of South Palm Springs. This home boasts 10-foot ceilings in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. The living room features a gas fireplace and balcony overlooking the pool. The remodeled kitchen has sleek cabinets and appliances. The second bedroom with adjacent updated guest bathroom is perfect for guests and can also serve as a home office and den. A laundry closet with washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hall adjacent to the kitchen. The oversized master bedroom features a large closet and a private patio. The home has a brand new heating and air-conditioning system, ceiling fans, new hardwood laminate flooring, and baseboards throughout and is offered fully furnished. Centrally located off E Palm Canyon and Gene Autry, Summerset Springs is a gated community with two pools, spas, and a clubhouse, across from Rimrock Shopping Center and 10 mins to downtown Palm Springs. Your assigned carport parking space is steps away from your front door, and there is abundant guest parking. Two-week minimum rental rule at Summerset Springs.

Great condo in a great location

Enjoyed a two week stay in this lovely Palm Springs condo. Well equipped, plenty of space, nice views. Easy to get to downtown PS and close to Trader Joe’s and other restaurants in Cathedral City. Highly recommended
