Behind the gates of this 24 hour guard-gated community are tranquil courtyards and walkways, beautiful fountains, 14 sparkling pools and spas with poolside cabanas, a private Clubhouse that includes Legacy Grill, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a relaxing hammock garden, and inviting outdoor fireplace all for you to enjoy! We are located next to the world famous La Quinta Resort & Spa.
This lower level, luxury Villa is perfectly situated in a community lined with palms, lush landscaping and graceful custom fountains, Legacy Villas are designer decorated with every upgrade imaginable: granite bar and bathroom counter tops, wood shutters, gorgeous furnishings, a fireplaces, TV and more! Fantastic stay at a super sweet property in La Quinta. The interior is much more updated than the original photos. Very comfortable bed and everything you would need. We were attending a wedding next-door at the La Quinta resort and it was the absolute ideal location for us. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Place To Stay

I love staying at the La Quinta Legacy Villas! The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The views are incredible. And, the ground floor studio villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the desert. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge. Communicating with the host was easy. My husband & I stayed for 4 days during the BNP Paribas Open, and we plan on booking this place again next year.

Great stay for Indian Wells!

This studio was perfect for me and my husband. The grounds were lovely. It was a perfect location to what we had planned in the area. Parking was an issue a few times by not being able to park near our apartment. Melynie was extremely responsive. Will definitely book again for next year!

Nice studio stay

This is a very nice studio room with a fireplace and small bar with an under counter frig and coffee maker. The patio is perfect with 4 cushy chairs. We were only there for three days but it was nice to have a place so conveniently located. It also has a huge bathroom. Everything was spotless and Melanie was a very welcoming and helpful hostess. The closer had plenty of hangars too! Yay. A pet peeve of mine. Enjoy

Perfect!

This is a perfect size studio for 1 or 2 occupants. Its very modern looking and has the comforts that you will need. I stayed during the hottest part of the year and the AC worked great! I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful property!
