Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully designed with warm wood flooring, stylish furnishings, an updated kitchen, and beautifully renovated bathrooms that blend classic Palm Springs character with modern conveniences. The spacious main bedroom feature a king-size bed with comfortable linens, creating the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the desert. The additional guest bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen bed, large closet and portable desk. With two full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates couples, friends, or families traveling together.

The expansive front and backyard offer exceptional privacy, making it easy to enjoy quiet mornings, afternoon lounging by the pool, or evening cocktails while watching the sun set behind the San Jacinto Mountains. The large outdoor living spaces are ideal for entertaining or simply embracing the peaceful desert lifestyle.

When you're ready to venture out, you're just minutes from vibrant Downtown Palm Springs, where you'll find acclaimed restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, nightlife, and weekly VillageFest. Some of the area's most popular hiking trails are nearby, and several grocery stores including Trader Joe's, Ralphs, Jensen's Finest Foods, and Albertsons are just a short drive away, making it easy to stock the kitchen for your stay.

After a day in the sun, settle in for a movie night. The living room and both bedrooms feature Smart TVs with plenty of built-in apps to keep you entertained. You're welcome to sign into your favorite streaming services during your stay—just remember to log out before departure.

Dog Friendly. We welcome up to two (2) well behaved dogs. A Fee of $75 plus transient occupancy tax shall apply.

Tahquitz River Estates is located approx. 1.5 miles to the center of downtown.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the City:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and provide a copy of their government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guests are at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

2. Primary renter is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and ALL guests are required to sign The City of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations form. We will request emails for all adults staying in the home and send everyone an e-signature document to sign prior to check-in.

3. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (4 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight.

4. No more than 1 vehicle per bedroom (2 max) are allowed to be parked at the house.

5. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

6. NO music is permitted outside at any time at any short term rental in the City of Palm Springs. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

Pets - We welcome two (2) well trained dogs and registered service animals, with a few requests: We ask that you not allow dogs on the furniture. Please bring your dogs indoors during visits from the house crew. Guests with dogs should note - like many gardens, not all of the plants in the backyard are safe to nibble on. A Pet Fee will apply to each booking (see description for the fee amount).

Pool heating is $75 per night (3 night minimum), but completely optional. Highly recommended October-May. When requested, the pool will be set to 86 degrees for at least 12 hours per day. Spa heating is included in the nightly rate as long as the spa is turned off after each use.

NO glass is allowed in the pool area. Plastic glassware is provided.

NO SMOKING is permitted inside the house.

Be kind to our mid-century plumbing. Only flush toilet paper. Place wipes (including ‘flushable wipes’) in the trash bins provided. Place food scraps in the trash bin rather than down the garbage disposal.

Kindly note this is not just another rental property - this is our cherished family vacation home that we are excited to share with you. Treat it like your own home and let our Property Manager know if there are any maintenance issues so they can be addressed right away.
