I booked this room for my sister, her husband and son yesterday. According to her, the younger guy with the dark hair that initially checked them in was pleasant. However, when she went back to make another reservation with her husband this morning, the manager (I think he’s a manager because of his shirt) (a older guy with white curly hair) was very rude to her. She called me very upset about her experience. According to her, she went in with her husband to inquire about the price for two rooms. She wanted to keep her current room (double bed) and add an additional room (queen bed) since the rooms are so small especially for a family of 3 with pets. The manager, kept telling her that the rooms only have “queen beds” with an attitude and her husband had to step in a take over the interaction. During the entire transaction the manager kept rolling and cutting his eyes at her everytime she spoke making her feel very uncomfortable. Not to sure what happened because I wasn’t there but my sister is a very nice person and for her to call me upset has also upset me. This man doesn’t know her and she doesn’t know him so I’m not sure what his deal was. Hopefully motel 6 will take this review serious and look at the cameras to figure out what transpired. I will not be booking another room here whether it’s for myself or someone else.
