The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I suppose my only complaints were that the towels were not really bath size (smaller than I would have liked). There was no shampoo or conditioner, which is usually provided. However, I was happy with the room and the service.

the staff @ the office were ok, but the maids couldn't speak a word of english, I couldn't communicate with them @ all. I was really neglected there. I pd a lot of money for nothing. I selected it for the pool that wasn't usuable,& the hot tub that was discusting, with dead & live bugs in it!! the cement inside of it was scaling & needs lots of renovation!! my room had no toiletrees but soap,& I had no microwave or coffee. office had no phampletes for tourists nor did they know much of anything.Only 1 restaurant around but have to walk 3.5 long blocks to get there.The only restaurant close by is very expensive!! I only had maid service 1 day out of 7 days!! Was I suppose to clean my own room? The bathtub was very small I couldn't barely fit & am less than 5 ft tall. It has a bit of mold & needs work. The key to my room didn't work very well. I had to do it 3x before it opened & hurt my hand to push it open. I complained & they re did it but it wasn't much better. The room was suppose to be 86.00 per night so why was I charged 124.00 for Sat. & Sun. Not very happy. I think I should be reimbursed for lack of service & amendities. motel 6's used to be good in the past, some had breakfast included. Their vending machines prices were very highly priced too. I can't reccomend this place @ all. It was also far away from downtown. The bus stop is 3 blocks away & the office didn't know anything about them. Not very helpful.

Awful hotel. As soon as we checked in we noticed a Sheriff’s patrol car slowly driving through the parking lot. It appeared to be a routine patrol, which suggested that this is a high crime area. Also, the room we were given appeared to have the TV ripped out of where it was previously bolted into the desk and the room smelled of smoke. The smoke detector was covered by a cage secured to the wall, which suggested that prior guests would rip it off or cover it so that they could smoke in the room. Lastly, the room we were provided faced the roadway and you could hear every car passing. Needless to say we got zero sleep. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again under any circumstances.

This hotel is weird!! The front desk was very nice and let me change rooms when the room above me was making so much noise but the people staying there seemed unsavory and frankly I was a little scared here. Weird lady knocked on my door multiple times looking for her phone and then multiple men. Kept trying to convince her she had the wrong room. Idk the whole place has a strange vibe.
