Disappointed

Was really excited to stay here but was faced with problem after problem upon arrival. The casita, where the majority of us were going to sleep, reeked of sewage and the toilet was leaking from the floor. When I called to inform the manager, I was told to simply "air it out" but the smell was so bad no one could use the bathroom or sleep there the first night. The spa also did not work like it was advertised. Maintenace was called the second day- my birthday- with workers showing up late, failing to fix both the spa and the casita. I had to manage 5 different workers coming and going on the property all day on my actual birthday, not what I signed up for. The garbage disposal was also unusable upon arrival. I definitely want my money back!

Clean better between guests

House was fairly comfortable and good location. Trash was full, pool was dirty, found food and trash around in furniture. Permanent puddle on patio by outdoor seating area. Several of us & children included kept stepping it. Problem with sprinklers. Living room carpet corner curled up inside front door. Pool should be cleaned before new guests arrive. A sparkling pool would have made the backyard impressive.
