Beautiful house, great location.

The house is beautiful with lovely art and very nice furniture and fixtures. The local staff was very responsive to all our needs. We hosted family and friends during our stay and it worked out well.

Great Place - loved by all

We had an opportunity to rent this property for a month and had lots of family visit while we were there. Everyone loved it and there was space for all. The outdooor living area is fantastic and the kitchen was super well equipped and easy to cook in. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very nice house, nothing is cheap. Fully, fully equipped kitchen. Well maintained and furnished with taste. South facing backyard perfect in the winter, the view is fantastic. Confortable beds and sofa. The best rental we’ve had over the years. We will rent again.

Beautiful location and views

We had stayed in Escena development 2022 and really loved the area. We saw Indigo come up for rent for 2023 and booked immediately. We were not disappointed. This house is completely outfitted and made you feel like you were at home. Gorgeous furnishings, art work and kitchen utility. Amazingly well stocked right down to the spices. This is great for short and long term rentals and makes a huge difference to your stay. The view of the 4 hole greens was also fun to watch as was the sunsets over the mountain. We rented for 3 months- and Evolve (management company) specifically Robin was a pleasure to deal with. We had some very small issues with the pool heating- which she attended to quickly and professionally. Robin was an absolute pleasure to deal with- always at the ready with suggestions and help. We loved it so much - we booked for best year too! Gorgeous property and location.

Luxurious Stay

This well appointed home brings luxury, art and grandeur together in a gorgeous setting. Unlike many vacation homes this provides a chefs kitchen complete with all the high quality tools and gadgets you’ll need. Beds were comfortable and outfitted with very nice bedding, baths are spacious and spa like. We really enjoyed watching the golfers and our daily walks around the neighborhood. Shaking a martini for your loved one behind the lovely glass bar, enjoying dinner on the patio, or floating in the pool really bring together the true Palm Springs vibe. While very close to the airport, the sounds didn’t seem loud or an issue, we enjoyed watching the old airplanes from the nearby museum fly over in formation. The gate guards are friendly and Robin, the house manager, is a gem, available for any questions or to solve any problems that may arise. This is a lovely dessert escape that lives just as pictured. Don’t hesitate to book. We can’t wait to return.

Spectacular and wonderful place!

Great Stay in Palm Springs

We stayed at this home for a month in February/March 2022. The home is fabulously decorated and equipped. The owners have spared no expense in furnishing the 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. Plenty of Room for guests as we had our children and grandchildren stay a week with us and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The pictures on this site are very accurate and up to date. The living room has portable glass doors that open to give you a great entertaining area but also a great view if closed. The view from the deck /pool/hot tub of the 4th Hole at Escena golf course was very entertaining as many golfers (including me) hit the water that protects the green. If you are interested in Golf at this course there is a club card that can be purchased for a reasonable fee that pays for itself with 4 rounds while giving you the ability to get advance tee times and a nice discount within 3 days. The electronics were well designed and easy to operate. We enjoyed walking throughout the gated community each day and everyone was very friendly. The gate guards were very helpful as well. Robin who leads the management team for this property was very responsive and willing to help with any questions or responses. The pool man was there 2 times a week and meticulous with his cleaning and support. Suggest that you purchase the heating fee to heat the pool as was very comfortable. We would rent this property in a heartbeat again.

The Views!! And Impeccable Home.

Perfect stay at a perfect property. Nothing is missed, nothing to want for. This is an impeccable home, large enough for a houseful of guests, yet not too large for just two. Wide open, bright and clean. Top of the line EV-ER-Y-THING. Dream kitchen. Dream layout. As a 15 year rental property home owner, I strive to think of every last detail to make my guests comfortable; this home has put me to shame! It is, quite simply, the best stocked, best managed property I have ever stayed at....and we are 20+ year global VRBO-ers. (I think the owners called William-Sonoma when outfitting the kitchen and said "please send us one of everything-lol). Like new, with jaw dropping views, incredible master suite, and beautiful setting overlooking the 4th hole at Escena (so, southerly views, perfect for sunrise and sunset). Incredible spa! Escena itself is beautiful, esp. if you are golfers, but Main Street downtown PS is just a few minutes by car....easy-peasy. South PS, as well (The Parker, etc.). If this place fits your budget, or even if it doesn't, just do it! It's worth it. And a big thank you to Robin & Evolve for running an expert ship....it should always be so easy! (Oh, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. (I haven't slept 2 solid days in a row since, well, you know, since I turned about 44; I slept two straight months without ever waking up once! Woohoo))! Special thank you to the owners for putting such a successful home together. Side note and only complaint: Video cameras on all outdoor areas, including lounge and pool/spa....said to not be 'monitored' but are 'on' meaning anyone can look any time.... which seems a clear intrusion of one's privacy.

When Only The Best Will Do

We loved the house. The rooms were beautifully designed (writing as someone w ho has been in the design industry for 40 years and has received 45 awards). The kitchen is fully stocked and my husband cooked meals in it every day. The high ceilings and glass walls keep the house very bright. The view overlooking the golf course and to the mountains is spectacular. We had most of our meals outside although once the temp started to reach and exceed 100 degrees we then used the indoor dining table. You definitely need a car to get around. The pool is not large enough to swim in. If you are looking for a lap pool you have to go to the public pool. We are going to rent this house again. It is that nice.

This home is the best!

We have stayed at several beautiful properties in the Palm Springs area, but none as wonderful as this. The home was very large, spotless, well-equipped, top-notch in every way. From the mattresses to the linens to the William Sonoma cookware and utensils, everything was first class. The pool area was gorgeous, golf course view, great furniture, outdoor tv. The management company was unbelievable as well. They got back to us within minutes if we had a question or concern - 7 days a week including evenings and weekends (Thank you so much, Robin - it was a pleasure working with you). I cannot say enough good things about this property - if it is available, rent with confidence - you will not be disappointed. I wish we could have stayed all winter.
