New Listing! Dreamy Meiselman Pool Home
This 1957 mid-century gem, designed by renowned architect Jack Meiselman, has been thoughtfully curated with vintage furnishings and artwork. The massive backyard is complete with a large pool, hot tub, fire pit, full size bocce ball court, BBQ, and beautiful mountain views. Though updated with modern amenities, the home was designed to preserve and highlight original architectural details such as tongue-and-groove ceilings, clerestory windows and the butterfly roof.

The space
You'll find true mid-century charm in our Meiselman butterfly-roof home which has been thoughtfully designed in keeping with the era. The 1,200 square foot home is bright and inviting, located in the desirable South Palm Springs neighborhood of Little Beverly Hills. The house is a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs and the nightlife of the city.
The living room is equipped with a 60" smart TV with complimentary Netflix and the ability to log into any of your personal favorite apps. The open kitchen has been updated with modern stainless-steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals.
Three bedrooms, two of the three have Smart TVs, all with queen beds, can host up to 6 overnight guests. The master bedroom has a beautifully renovated ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and private patio. Each of the 3 bedrooms have separate thermostats for individual temperature control.
The dining area is light and bright, suitable for 4 people with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen bartop. The living room comfortably seats 5-6 people with additional chairs in the third bedroom closet
There is a large custom redwood dining table/bench combo that seats 10-12 and a 4-top near the pool should you wish to dine alfresco.
Spend your days in the sparkling blue pool or new Jacuzzi hot tub, grilling, playing bocce ball and enjoying the expansive mountain views. Spend your nights cozied up by the fire pit looking up at the stars in the clear desert sky.
In the backyard you will also find a vintage 15’ travel trailer. The trailer is a fun place to get away during the day, take some cute social media pictures or hang out after taking a dip in the hot tub.

The house and yard are private and yours to enjoy. There are three locked storage closets on the property for cleaning supplies and where owners keep personal items.
Other things to note
The following fees are invoiced separately and will be charged via VRBO 1-2 days before check-in.
- Pets: Pets must be approved at time of booking. A $125 flat fee is charged per pet, with max of 2 pets. Please do not allow pets on furniture, beds or in the pool. We love animals and wish to welcome them, but we do hope our guests will take extra care that their pets do not damage the home. Please remove all pet waste prior to check-out.
- Pool Heat: Optional Pool Heating Fee of $80 per day (recommended October - April). The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to check-in so the pool can reach the desired temperature upon your arrival. Please note, if you elect to have the pool heated, the daily rate will be charged for the entirety of your stay.

******The City of Palm Springs has strictly enforced regulations for vacation rentals (above and beyond what is required by VRBO). Please be aware of the following requirements:
- RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID: The City requires a vacation rental contract signed by the responsible party as well as an image/copy of the her/his government issued photo ID. These requirements must be met in order to complete the reservation.
- IN PERSON MEET AND GREET: Guests must have an in-person meeting with the local property manager within 24 hours of arriving at the property.
- SIGNATURES: All adult guests must sign the "City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations" certifying that they understand the restrictions outlined in the "Good Neighbor Brochure" which will be provided and posted in the house.
- NOISE: No parties or loud outdoor music, the City of Palm Springs has strict rules regarding outdoor music and levies a fine on guests for any infraction. We ask our guests to enjoy themselves in our backyard and normal noise is acceptable, but City of Palm Springs has a no outdoor music ordinance. This includes music being played on a speaker that can be heard and intrusive from outside of the property plot. If a violation is issued by the City, the guest will be fined $500 and the rental will be terminated. We only ask our guests to treat our home like their own and respect our neighbors.
- AGE: Minimum age for responsible renter is 25 years.
- Maximum overnight guests: 6; Maximum daytime guests: 10; Maximum of 1 car per bedroom (3 total).
