It’s a nice hotel but the checking time it’s not till 4 and they won’t let you check in unless you pay and no late check outs at all. The front desk stuff it’s not accommodating at all. I asked if I could be moved to a different room before checking in and I gave him different sides of the building and he just said no this is the second time this happens. I travel a lot for work and every month I go to the same city and I stayed here before and every time I’m hoping it gets better with the stuff but it doesn’t. also there is a list of rules and things you can’t do and that is very intimidating.

We had a decent stay at the L3 Oasis hotel. The from staff attendant was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The the room was very clean and very simple. That was all we needed for a night stay over. The bed was comfortable and linens clean... Funny things I noticed was an old style lamp stand with the three lights on it... Maybe it's retro, but it worked fine. I also noticed the bottom half of the bathroom wall paint did not match the top half... it was just funny to me. The only problem we had was that the tub/shower floor was vey slippery, and wife did fall, but was able to grab the bar before falling out of the tub. She did get a bruise on her butt, but all is well. Hopefully staff will take care of this. There was no tacky, or non slip things on the tub floor. The pools were very nice. Clean and lots of very nice furniture. Pool man was nice also. Other then the slip in the tub shower, our stay was fine and comfortable.

Love L3 Oasis. The big plus for me is the heated pool, which is wonderful. Room was udated and very nice and front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Overall, decent room for the price. Nice shower, comfy bed and pretty quiet. We did have some issues tho. We got assigned a room, went to said room and someone else was in there. Went back to the front desk and the kid was confused as ever. He had no idea what was going on, what to do, anything. We got moved to another room but could have been very bad walking into another person's room. No offer of compensation or anything which is fine, but was a massive security issue and should be figured out what happened. The poor kid at the front was very young and just had no idea what was going on. I witnessed him struggle to explain the 11am checkout to the guy in front of me. Id stay again but just because of the price. We stayed one night so it was fine.

I was very surprised about the cleanness of the rooms. We were there as a group of 3 pairs. We had 1 negative experience that the management should fix. They disable your key cards around 9 o'clock in the morning of your last day, even though checkout time is 11am. You get locked out of your room if you step out to get a coffee. You have to go back to the lobby to ask for new keys. They give you a standard excuse that the keys were disabled being kept near a phone, which is really odd, since all 6 keys of our group where disabled. That's too much of a coincidence. So the management should rather change the practice of disabling the keys before checkout time.
