Inside the main house, you first encounter the two ensuite guest bedrooms separated by a beautiful wet bar with tiled backsplash, wine refrigerator, sink, and stocked with all the equipment and glassware you’ll need to enjoy the perfect cocktail or smoothie, indoors or out. Both rooms offer California King size beds, walk-in closets, tiled showers and slider access to the side of the house as well as smart TVs. The second guest bathroom also has dual sinks at the vanity.
The Master Suite occupies its own wing of the home with a large bedroom with lots of windows and slider access to the pool. The bedroom features a plush California King bed, side tables with charging cubes and a large smart TV. The bathroom offers a luxurious soaking tub, walk in showers, dual vanities and a huge walk-in closet.
The main living areas are an open floor plan for seamless entertaining from its well-stocked kitchen to the formal dining area with seating up to eight to the large family room with gas fireplace, XL smart TV, and crescent shaped leather sectional for plenty of seating.
