Great place

This was great location. The outdoor are was fantastic, we spent mornings having tea/coffee and breakfast overlooking the pool and golf course. This was exactly what we were looking for as a family wishing to spend time together.

Wonderful, large house centrally located

I and three friends visited for a golf trip. House is as advertised, has pool, hot tub and large patio overlooking golf course. Two large master suites with adjacent bathrooms; two other bedrooms share a third bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, modern baths, plenty of hot water. Excellent communications with Mary Ann and John meant easy check-in and check-out. Quiet residential area close to airport, Palm Springs downtown, and golf courses. Our minivan fit in garage. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great Location. Lovely home

The house layout worked great for 8 of us. Areas for us to comfortably hangout together or not. Comfortable furniture inside and out.The propane heater for the pool/spa had a leak and the smell of gas wafted over the patio whenever it was on. We notified the owner and it wasn't fixed before we left. This reduced our use of the pool/spa, which we had paid for.

A Palm Springs Hidden Jewel

I can’t say enough this property is so beautiful, clean, perfect location, 3 miles from the airport, and close proximity to grocery store and shopping. The host Mary Ann was so friendly & accommodating and actually answered the phone on the first ring which gives you a sense of comfort when leasing a home and you have questions. This was a girls trip and the 6 of us had no issue or complaints. This property made our trip perfect. You can’t go wrong choosing this property . Thank you

Great location

We’ve been coming to Palm Springs with our high school friends for 22 years now, golfing and catching up. This house more than met our needs, especially the back yard with the view of the fairway, sitting in the pool or jacuzzi, watching the sunset.

Perfect golf vacation house.

My friends and I have come here for years. There are 4 of us and the house completely accommodates our needs . 4 beds 3 baths. Two rooms with their own bathroom. The house is perfectly situated on the legends course which we play everday. Love this property.

We had a fabulous time in Palm Springs. The house is in a great location with beautiful views. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio by the fireplace. The house was clean and very spacious. Communication with host was great!

Sisters' Vacay

High points: Spaciousness of the hole outdoors area and pool facilities, Mountain View, proximity to town and groceries, living room is comfortable and seats a lot of people.Downside: a bit cluttered, at least to my taste

Golf tournament for our sons.

Location! Location! Location!!!! This could have not been better for our boys & parents. House on the 8th hole, distance from the clubhouse, perfect oasis to take breaks from the tournament!!! Everything was great ! A toilet & sink didn’t work when we arrived on Friday, but they sent a plumber Saturday. So only 1 day without that bathroom. Not bad at all.

Not as nice as expected

We found the house to be cluttered, and full of "stuff." Needed a good cleaning and updating. Carpets old, TVs old, bedding old, closets and kitchen cabinets full of unnecessary items. Patio wonderful with the fireplace and spectacular views.

Great back yard and swimming pool.

The back yard and swimming pool is very nice and we spent most of our time outside. The house is very dated and has too much "stuff" in it. It was very dusty (carpets/curtains) and the bedding was worn and stained- the quits were dusty and not clean. Do not stay here if you have dust allergies. I wheezed all night long. The house could be a 5 star place with updates, cleaning, good bedding and removal of about 1/2 of the clutter. The kitchen is nice and well stocked but the refrigerator had food with 2002 expiration dates in it!

Our Thanksgiving Stay

Peoperty is nicely located next to a golf course but needs some upgrades. Most of kitchen supplies are outdated.Make sure you bring Shampoo and soap/body wash as they are not provided. The masterbedroom bed's middle legs were broken and was to adjust it temporarily during our 2023 Thanksgiving weekend stay. The property owner is a nice lady and very accessible on the the phone. Despite the quick responses from her, she basically will let you know what you see is what you get. Also, note that they charge you an extra $50 daily for heating up the pool/jaccuzi and you can only heat up one at the time.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. The pool view was amazing. We had constant issues with the pool heat ...so never really had that amenity that we paid for. The pool heats OR the spa heats...not together. The owner balked at coming out to address the issues...although she did try to resolve the issue per phone, she NEVER mentioned that the heater had to be turned on outside. When I asked for a refund for the pool heat she got indignant and brought up unrelated issues.The furnishings were dated...the kitchen supplies were poor at best...and each toilet had a dirt ring. I emailed her to have a paper trail daily and took pictures of the lack of overall cleanliness of the house. Some of the chairs out side where broken. Also the house had a bad order which was resolved in a day with the windows open. I would not recommend this property. For the price of the rental I felt the pool should have been heated and up and running when I arrived. I also expected a cleaner property.
