This renovated condo features a large balcony with beautiful views of the courtyard pool, and San Jacinto mountains. Enjoy a quiet and peaceful vacation at Palm Canyon Villas.
The condo is perfect for couples, families, and the girls or guys weekend away.
The activities are endless. Golf, hiking, shopping, restaurants, pool time are all minutes away.
The fully stocked kitchen has all Frigidaire Professional Series appliances, so you can whip up a gourmet meal or just make a late night snack. No detail has been overlooked. If you don't feel like cooking there are hundreds of great restaurants in the surrounding area to suit anyone's taste. We pride ourselves on maintaining a strict policy on keeping the unit clean and up to date for your comfort.

The master Bedroom has a Beautyrest king bed and its own private bath. The master bedroom has a 45 inch smart tv.
The guest Bedroom has a queen bed and A 45 inch Samsung smart tv.

The spacious balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or have a evening cocktail before dinner. There are also two cushion chairs and table to sit and have a quiet conversation or just read a good book. The balcony is covered to keep you cool in the summer months. A Weber gas grill will make your BBQ taste great.

High speed internet (500)mps Wifi reaches all the way to the pool. A 55 inch LG smart tv in the living room so you can watch all your favorite sports, and tv shows, including Netflix, HBO Prime, and many more. There is a LG loading washer and dryer in unit make doing laundry a breeze. There’s reserve covered parking directly in front of the unit.

Quiet and relaxing

Condo is in a great location near plenty of places to eat and things to do, yet it still feels like a quiet escape. Owner is easy to reach and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and eating meals on the balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo is well equipped with just about anything you’d need, including pool chairs and a soft side cooler.

Superb!

From initial check-in to walking out the door on the last day everything was fantastic! The unit is super clean and has everything you would need to feel at home. All four pools are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained throughout the entire property! Short drive to downtown PS. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

This condo is beautifully decorated and roomy. Proximity to so many things…hiking, downtown Palm Springs, shopping and restaurants. Easy check in, very clean. Pool and hot tub are steps away and wonderful after a day of hiking. Neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The host, Steve, was a great communicator and responded to any questions we had.

We had a fantastic stay at the waverly house!! What a perfect place to stay and enjoy Palm Springs. The accommodation was awesome and the property was fantastic. We took advantage of the pickleball courts as well as the pool and hot tub.Thanks Steve for a amazing place to stay for two weeks. We will be back!!

A serene retreat

My sister and I enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was very spacious and quiet which we loved. The beds were really comfortable. The balcony had a beautiful view. We had all we needed to prepare delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. We loved that we could walk to the store and get our groceries since the location was in walking distance of multiple stores like Trader Joes my personal favorite. Great condo in Palm Springs!

We loved this condo. The pictures dont do it justice for how close the pool feels. The weather didnt cooperate our entire trip but the pool is heated so sometimes it was the warmest place to be and our kids loved being in it. Easy location to walk to Target, Trader Joes, or Vons. Easy to grab an Uber to anywhere else. Steve was responsive to messages but I didnt have to deal with him much as we had no issues. Thanks for the great place!

Relaxing Stay

The condo is well equipped and centrally located close to Vons and Trader Joes. The condo has a fabulous view of the mountains and pool area from the spacious balcony. The condo grounds/pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The condo is well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The host Steve was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

We loved this so much we already booked again for next year. Great location, walking distance to groceries, hikes, restaurants. One of the best things outside the walls was the community that winters here, a big group of very friendly and inclusive Canadians. Steve was perfectly attentive, letting us know he was there if we needed him yet letting us quietly enjoy our stay . You won’t need anything for the kitchen, it was fully appointed and the beds are comfy. Bravo to you Steve 👏

Our Palm Springs stay.

We spent one week in this well appointed property perfect for those with a modern aesthetic. The primary bedroom offered a very comfortable king sized bed and a small desk perfect for work (if you must!). The generously sized open kitchen has everything one could need and more! Outside, parking was conveniently located in front of the rental and the swimming pool and hot tub were kept nicely heated. The location is super, close to a Trader Joe's and a short drive from all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. We visited during Modernism week when restaurant reservations were difficult to obtain but had fabulous meals at "Oceans"(nearby) and the "Front Yard at the Farm" downtown.
