The space
This lovely 4 bedroom home awaits you in the Gene Autry neighborhood. Each room is tastefully furnished to reflect Palm Spring’s eclectic style. The huge main bedroom has a plush California King bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a newly renovated walk-in shower, and direct access outside. Two bedrooms have comfy Queen beds, and the last bedroom has two soft Twin beds which can be connected to make one King-width bed (all bedrooms have large closets). Premium linens, blankets and comforters are in each bedroom, ensuring you have the perfect night’s sleep. Two of the bedrooms have desks for working at home (and the main bedroom has an HDMI monitor). A large eight-person dining table and bar cart makes the dining room great for large meals. Ample parking for 4 cars is available (2 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway).

The glass sliding doors from the living room opens up directly to the beautiful backyard. The ample outdoor seating, the covered patio, and huge grill will meet all your al fresco dining needs! For outdoor dining, please note that there is one picnic table with benches that comfortably seats 4 adults, and one huge outdoor banquet table with chairs that comfortably accommodates 8 adults (or can extend to accommodate 12).

The house is close to everything, being a 3 minute drive to a supermarket with a Starbucks, a 5 minute drive to the airport, and a 8 minute drive to downtown.

You’ll be renting the entire house with private outdoor area. Relax to the utmost as everything is here for you to enjoy exclusively!

2 parking spaces in the garage and 2 in the driveway. A 5 minute Uber drive from the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in time is 3PM, and check-out is 10AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request. Please let us know if interested. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $200 fee as we need to get our home ready for the next guests.

Optional spa heating is an additional $15/day. Optional pool heating is recommended from October to May (additional $50 per day, includes spa heating). Both options must be turned on for the entire stay.

Small pets are allowed (2 pets max) and must be approved prior to check-in. We charge $150 for pet cleaning. Any signs of pets on the property without prior approval, will be subject to an additional $200 fee on top of additional pet cleaning fees. The fee applies unless your dog is an officially certified service dog (please confirm via email). Emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee unless an official service dog certificate is provided.

Spa/pool heating fees are charged separately and are not included in the initial reservation charge.

Property has a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. The noise alert monitoring system does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the outdoor noise level (measured in decibels). Property also has a video monitoring system at the front of the property (on the front door and garage) to ensure a peaceful and safe stay with us. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the pool or spa, or on the interior of the house.
Tampering with any monitoring system is strictly prohibited and subject to a $200 fee.

A security deposit of $1000 will apply to cover potential charges.

CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS
• These rules come from the city and we will enforce them:
• Minimum age of primary renter shall be 25.
• Daytime occupancy is 12 people, overnight occupancy is 8 people.
• No parties allowed.
• The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacations rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. Noise violations can result in local authorities coming to the property, as well as guests being fined $500.
• If a guest violates the city rules and a fine is imposed, the guest will be responsible for the fine.
• The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter’s government ID and license plate numbers of personally owned websites. This will be taken care of during check-in.
