“The management team does an excellent job with communication and responding to issues. The check-in process was very smooth as the team sent detailed information prior to check-in date, which included video instructions. Upon checking in, we noticed the TV and downstairs AC wasn’t working, and someone showed up to reset the breakers within 10 mins. The property is well designed and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“The place is amazing. Host communicates really well, had a couple minor issues with AC controls and WiFi the were fixed very quickly. Location is amazing. “My wife, my two sons, and I absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, close enough to La Fortuna to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, but far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and hot tub, which were a huge highlight. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic and made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working.……
