「We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. 「Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. Mark provided loads of good information and stayed in contact with us and the property manager throughout the trip to address any issues that came up. 「This villa was perfect for our family of 6. The location is stunning with an impressive view of the ocean. The path down to the beach was steep in places, but the beach was unbelievable!
