Little to no soap in the dispensers by the sink & in the shower, no TV remote, never brought it to us. Had to go get it after 11 pm. Noisy guests with large, barking dogs until midnight. Sheriff’s Deputies had to show up to remove one female. Not sure if she was a guest. Worst motel stay in my life. But the bed was comfortable & the staff was friendly!

A crack head tried to break into to our room. Then a roach crawled on my girlfriend smh. 5 minutes later 2 dogs started fighting in the hallway. Evidently homeless people and addicts live here. Trash cans in hallways overflowing. Neighbors arguing. Fridge smelled like rotten meat was left in it. Never stay here!

Thank you Reddroof!!! Letti … Myra …Carla .. Christina ….. Sylvia.. and Junior at the front desk are very welcoming .. checkin was a breeze anything I needed the front desk made sure we got it…. Hotel and rooms are very nice !!! Very quiet … and My family and I feel safe with security Eddie …. Thank you to the housekeeping staff with brand new towels..they have us .. room was spotless and new refrigerator and didn’t smell like smoke … like some other hotels we have been with …… Also thank you to Maynor and Louise .. maintenance the property is well kept .. friendly dog area in front of hotel as well as the back … no trash and the sink had a little leak .. Calles front desk and Maynor was up to our room n about 10 mins .. just needed to be tighten some more … thanks again for making my family and I welcome …. If anyone is in the A.V. Area and need a quality hotel to stay in… Reddroof should be the first hotel 🏨 to call to make your reservation… you will not regret it… Stacey

Once i arrived I was told theres a $60 cash only deposit that would be refunded after I checked out. No ATM on site so I had to walk to a gas station. Upon walking into the room I saw a cockroach running across the ground. Thankfully no bedbugs. Blankets were thin and had multiple holes that looked like they had been burnt. Whole room smelt like cigarettes despite it being a no smoking room. Guess you get what to you pay. Would not return.

this property is for truck drivers only. i did not stay they only had two beds on second floor. BUT NO ELEVATORS!!!!!!!!! only stairs outside the floors in the rooms that they did want to put me in were filthy the floors were sticky and i could see gym shoe foot prints on the floors and being on the first floor their windows do not LOCK!!!!! VERY UNSAFE!!!!!! you should not be recommending this property it gives you a bad name

This place is filthy. Dead spiders on the floor, cockroaches in the bathroom. Old wash cloth from previous guest left in shower. Horrible smoke smell in a non-smoking room. Low quality guests that are very loud. Never will I stay here again or in any other Red Roof Inn.

Everything broken
The people were nice and did the best they could but the hotel and the room are worn. My room heater/ac buttons were broken and when I walked in it was 86 degrees in the room but u can’t adjust the temp since the knobs are broken. The bathroom and shower have 4 dispensers for shampoo soap etc and all 4 were empty. It seemed like they hadn’t been refilled in ages. There was no waste basket in the room so I had to throw garbage on the table then get my own bag and dump it. The room was cheap but I have stayed in economical hotels before that still had decent conditions.

As soon as arrived there was homeless in the lobby taking up the seats and eating the snacks, and the staff in the front desk made me wait to get assisted for like 15 to 20 min just to tell me I needed cash for the deposit, so had to leave to get cash. As soon as arrived in the room there was smudges on the bed and curtains felt not clean, then later while trying to sleep I had someone trying to enter my room and knocking, I felt very off because of everything so I decided to check out and leave that same night

I wished I had noticed that it was a hotel and not a motel, the way the rooms were set up I had to carry my luggage quite aways down a hallway and being that I had just surgery it wasn't a real good idea. I was looking for a room that had handicap access and parking right outside the door. this i something you are not going to find in a hotel.

Pro- Large Fridge, Microwave, Coffeemaker, actual in room phone/alarm clock. Comfy bed (good mattress, not hard as a board. Nice pillows). Great rates. Cons- I was there 10 days. I had housekeeping come by once. I had to request it 3 times before they came by. I was told it was every other day. Not true. I had to go to the office to pick up my own toilet paper/towels on the 5th day and slept in salsa stained sheet 3 nights before housekeeping came by to change them. Unacceptable. Also the people that bring pets let them poop all over the parking lot. gross. They need a designated area for dogs to use and require people pic up after their dogs.

Front lobby is clean. Hallways were filthy old dirty carpets. Open doors to rooms that were dirty, smell of Marijuana. First room we were given door didn't lock, second room was cleaner no remote, taped up shower head, toilet backed up, no air conditioning with exposed wires, one end of faucet worked. Do not stay go across and stay at Motel 6
