「I left àt 1 am , Wi-Fi bad , ac bad , the tv didnt work ànd I saw a mouse .」

「I was a little nervous booking at a motel with my family but was limited with my own poor planning booking for a lacrosse tournament at UMass. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and ease of everything. We did need to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bc they were not in the room, and even with the owners dealing with a family emergency they were very attentive and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 17 minute drive to UMass and very affordable.」

「The room was wrong and then the guy at front desk argued with me that I was wrong and had to show him my reservation as proof then room was definitely not the cleanest I actually went to Walmart to get blankets to sleep with because I didn’t want to use theirs」

「The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and, when we checked in, (we did reserve a room, but it was late evening), we got to choose the floor we wanted to be on and the location of the room even though they had 10 rooms available. I liked having that choice😊 We will stay again.The cost was very good, too.」

「Room had just been renovated and there was still work being done. We were very pleased overall with the stay. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful with dinner options. We would stay at this property again.」

「Showed up and the pool was not open yet and the first floor was boarded up from a gun shooting that happed 4hr ago. Check-in took forever with only one computer. Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition.」

「The only thing this place had was a comfortable bed. Customer service was non existent. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. No bell to ring. When asked where I could park he pointed to the front area. When I got to my room I found out the was parking in the back closer to my room and stairs. Get in the room and the fridge was filthy! Left over used butter stick. Splatter of who knows what inside. Tried to call the front desk. Guess what?? No one answered. Tried 3 different...

「The room is too dirty. Their room is very bad, especially smell very bad. I absolutely suggest the hotel need reconstruction completely. 」

「Lovely updated property. Small pool and had issues with the AC in the gym but the lovely staff, nice breakfast and clean updated amenities made up for it. I would return.」

「There are not enough words to explain how disgusting and dirty and repulsive everything and that hotel was, the sheets were not clean. The bedspread was stained with human fluids. The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it...
