Bedroom 3: Twin-over-Full bunk bed featuring built-in stairs with a safety railing, 2 storage drawers, standing rack, luggage rack, full-length mirror, and windows with natural light and blackout curtains.
Attic Floor
Bedroom 4: Two (2) Twin-size beds, standing rack, full-length mirror, standing fan, air purifier, and windows with blackout shades overlooking the top-rated Rising Sun restaurant.
Attic Loft: Comfortable couch with a sectional chaise that pulls out into a Queen-size bed (extra linens are conveniently stored inside the chaise storage).

To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our local community, please note the following policies:
Occupancy & Check-In: Due to local fire codes and occupancy limits, ALL guests must be included in your booking count. Guest access to the home is via the back porch. Early check-in or late checkout must be approved in advance.
House Rules: No parties, events, or smoking inside the home. Quiet hours are strictly observed. We operate a shoes-off policy inside the house to maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
Stair & Attic Safety: The home features a bunk bed with guardrails and two interior staircases. The attic has some areas with lower vaulted ceiling clearance; please use caution. Please Note: Due to the architectural layout, safety gates cannot be installed on the stairs. We cannot accommodate temporary or pressure-mounted gates, so close supervision of young children around the staircases is required.
Neighborhood Note: Sweet Pike is located on a vibrant corner intersection of two local streets. Guests can expect standard, occasional daytime traffic typical of a corner setting.
