All appliances are new, the kitchen and bath have both been very recently remodeled with attractive finishes. Very pleasant ambiance. My only cautionary note is that when booked thru VRBO, my credit card was charged a very large damage deposit upfront along with the cost of the stay. Perhaps that could be reconsidered. ”

“To say that cactus was big is an understatement. It’s so big it probably charges the owners rent! Very clean and VERY quiet. We saw a lot of stars we normally don’t see. Huge deck allowing morning and evening sun. Nice and relaxing for coffee and wine. We literally did not see another person up there except on the road. It is a birder paradise and the ground squirrels frolicking was a kick. We will be back when visiting grandkids.”
