「We had a late check in but was greeted warmly. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. The breakfast area was filthy and poorly stocked but service was pleasant.」

「First of all it looked NOTHING like the photos. I took real pictures to put up to show this but not sure it lets me upload them… The beds and pillows were like rocks. Rooms tiny. We were all very disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave. The person who checked us in was behind a dark screen! Had no idea who I was talking to. But they were very nice. Maids were nice as well.」

Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. 「It's a walk up facility, no elevator. If you're a senior with luggage for the cruise, there is a flight of stairs to struggle with. It's an inexpensive hotel within walking distance to Little Italy of LA where you can find Italian businesses. It is also within walking distance to cruise port and the USS Iowa battleship museum you can visit before boarding the cruise ship. Also convenience stores close by for last minute shopping needed for the cruise. There are other nearby hotels but they're...
