The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private bath/WC and air conditioning. The second bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a private shower/WC and air conditioning. An additional bath/WC is also available on this floor. An open kitchen fitted with a dining table completes the ground floor, offering views of the surrounding countryside.

The upper floor hosts a second living area, also featuring a decorative open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a balcony and views toward the swimming pool.
