「We absolutely loved this house. It was so peaceful with just a handful of people either way you looked on the beach any day of the week or the weekend. People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!」

「The Best place in Alligator Point Bay for rest and relaxation! The view from the back deck is breathtaking ! It’s so nice to sit out and relax and watch the wildlife right from you back door and it’s a excellent place for red fishing, which we enjoyed every day. This is our third trip to this area and staying at the Fritz Carlton , You won’t find a nicer host than Adam. The house is very equipped with all amenities you may need for your stay including nice comfy beds and house is super clean!!...

「Great Vacation Property! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to the beach without the crowd!the house was clean and stocked with all the appliances you might need. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. There is also a toy area outside stocked with a few beach toys. If you want beach chairs or shade options plan to bring your own unless you get lucky and someone who stays before you happens to leave a few with the toys. The water is pretty calm on this...

「Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. The beach is a bit secluded and beautiful, away from the hustle & bustle of areas closer to Panama City. The house is very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Large refrigerator and separate large freezer provide ample space for stocking up for large groups. Separate Ice maker provided...

「Our plans had to change last minute with this property as there were some unpreventable, unforseeable issues which have since been addressed. However, Vacations by Waypoint was on top of things. They instantly booked another beach home 10 seconds down the road from this one for us. We ended up at NanSeas which was a beautiful and spectacularly stocked home. Vacations by Waypoint was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book with them again, and plan to. 」

「The house was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and we especially enjoyed the screened in area under the house. The sunrise views were very accurate and one of my wife's favorite things. We even got to see a rocket taking off from Cape Canaveral. Two blocks walk away from the beach solves the parking issue :) The units caretakers make huge strides to make sure every detail is taken care of.
