"We were a little hesitant about the offerings of this hotel. However we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and standard. The staff was friendly and polite. Ready to assist in anyway. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is also in the heart of the city close to shopping areas, restaurants and cafe and many attractions. "

"El hotel tiene que mejorar el la limpieza y tener unos mejores colchones para poder descansar tranquilos, en el buffet del desayuno no había mucha variedad en las comidas, casi todos los días era lo mismo y muchas cosas fritas, muy pocas cosas nutritivas. Sin embargo lo bueno es que queda cerca de la cinta costera y de la estación del metro, si mejorar en esas cosas fuera unejor hotel."

"We had a massive suite which was upgraded for free (thank you to the staff) which was great after such a long journey by bus from the airport. There was a bit of confusion as we had a kitchenette and planned to make instant noodles from the shop next door, as everything was closed, and there was exactly 3 (three) knives in the cupboard and nothing else. The staff seemed very confused when I asked if we could get some forks and sent me back to the shop, who sent me back to the hotel. After a good 40 minutes one of the staff brought us the coveted utensils so we could eat at approx 1am. Aside from this everything was great!!"
