Welcome to Inlet Beach Retreat — your luxurious coastal escape just 100 yards from the pristine sands of Inlet Beach and moments from the charm of Rosemary Beach. Spanning over 3,000 square feet, this elegant home offers five spacious bedrooms and five full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. With stunning Gulf views, refreshing sea breezes, and top-tier amenities, you're set for an unforgettable beachside getaway. The ground level features a cozy guest suite complete with a Murphy bed, a kitchenette, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 42-inch HDTV. This space opens directly onto the lanai, where a private pool and spa await. Also on this floor is a lively game room with ping pong table — ideal for fun family nights.

Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed master bedrooms, each with a king bed, en-suite bath, smart TV, and a private porch with peek-a-boo Gulf views. A charming bunk room with built-in twin bunks and an additional full bath completes this level, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for kids or guests. The top floor is designed for gathering and relaxing. The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly onto a covered balcony with sweeping Gulf views. Enjoy movie nights on the 65-inch smart HDTV with Blu-ray player while lounging on the Italian leather sectional. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a Wolf gas oven, Subzero refrigerator, Cuisinart cookware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and everything else you could need. Guest Bedroom 5 is also located on this floor, offering a king bed, en-suite bath, and a large private balcony with seating and more beautiful Gulf views.

The private pool and spa are ideal for morning swims or lazy afternoons in the sun. The walled courtyard and covered open-air lanai create the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and evening grilling — perfect for nights when you'd rather dine in. Inlet Beach is South Walton's easternmost and most untouched beach neighborhood. Boasting the largest public beach access point in South Walton and easy access to both Rosemary Beach and Carillon Beach nearby, it will provide you with a load of options. Donut Hole has now opened an Inlet Beach location, and there are local favs for a casual meal such as The Terrace or Shades at the Loop. Hop on some bikes and go check out Old World style Rosemary Beach or enjoy lounging in the sun. Whatever you choose for your beach vacation, you can't go wrong with Inlet Beach.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. This laid-back, fun family atmosphere awaits you! Come stay and play, and see for yourself what makes our community and the 30A area so special! 

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great for big family trip!

Really enjoyed the stay with our extended family. The home is very well stocked and maintained. Having the pool and hot tub in the back was great when walking back from the beach. Enjoyed visiting Inlet Beach. Had not stayed there before, much less crowded,. Typically stay in Santa Rosa and Rosemary.
