Wonderful! Will be back!

My stay was nothing short of perfect! The condo was clean and well kept. Plenty of extra toiletries. View was beautiful any way you looked. Close to everything you need. I can't wait to come back!

Quick Getaway to OCB

Last minute booking. Great location, on the beach, and overall day was great. The only thing negative I would say is every time I stay at The Summit the elevator is broke! Our room was very cozy, clean, and had all the accommodations that we needed. I would recommend 1325 at the summit to anyone looking to go to PCB.

Bathroom was leaking water from ceiling, getting in touch with anyone was a constant hassle, code was changed before 10:00 check out time so we were locked out with items still inside. Resort was unable to open door. We had to make 3 different phone calls and wait an hour before we could get a new temporary code to use. Room was fine, service sucked. Will not use this company again.

Horrible communication

I called 3 different times about early check in, starting a week before check in. Got told 3 different things each time I called. Got put on hold for an hour. Asked to speak to a supervisor they said they didn’t have one available. They would have one call me when they did. Never got a call. The place wasn’t to dirty. Just sand everywhere. Just don’t have an emergency because it’s like pulling teeth trying to talk to someone.
