Fall Break at the beach

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids and my parents for Fall Break and it was wonderful! Easy access to the beach, pool, and short walk to the Rosemary shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the short bike ride to The Donut Hole in the mornings. Highly recommend staying here!

Great condo

Condo was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated and modern. Fully stocked kitchen, beds very comfortable. Location is excellent with great pool that kids enjoyed, convenience to beach, and Crabby Steve’s restaurant on the property is great for food and drinks.

Honeymoon stay

The unit itself was incredible- very clean and amazing view! The lobby/elevator had a horrible smell and there was construction going on on the roof so it was very loud. The location was perfect and overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely condo with great views

Love High Pointe property. Clean pool, beach and buildings. Shuffle board, tennis, and crabby Steve’s restaurant on the beach. It’s literally the perfect place for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

Not to make it harder for my future stays but it is fantastic. Excellent property in a great area of Florida. It truly is fantastic mix of quaint beach life with just enough retail to meet all your needs. Great with the kids.

Beautiful place

This property was really beautiful. My daughter, her infant son, and I enjoyed several days here. The location was convenient for the beach and pool. The condo was very comfortable and clean and well-equipped. Our only problem was there were large ants found in several areas.

Perfect spot!

Lovely and clean. High Pointe resort is a gem. Buying chairs at Walmart on the way in is better than the $60/day to rent at the beach. Crabby Steve’s on site is excellent! Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need. M

High Point Resort

We had a great time, the only thing I suggest is the the plumbing needs to be worked on. The toilets clog way to easy. The beaches are beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Great family vacation

This was our second stay at High Pointe and third stay on 30A. We love High Pointe for the location, ease of beach access, and proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. This unit was clean, updated, and the set-up was great for our family of 5. Loved having 3 beds in the guest room! The property management company communicated quickly and clearly throughout our stay. We would stay in this unit again!

Beautiful condo

The condo was so cute and had a nice partial view of the ocean. It was great that you could walk right down to the beach. The only qualm I have is we couldn’t find any beach chairs or towels in the condo so you’re stuck paying $60 at the beach to rent two chairs and an umbrella each time you go. I’d stay here again but make sure to bring chairs next time.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views

We loved every minute of our time at HighPointe- what a lovely resort. Perfect for families with the large lagoon pool, hot-tub, tennis and shuffle board. My husband and I especially loved Crabby Steve's- the food there is outstanding! The condo itself is newly renovated with high-end finishes. Probably one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. Highly, highly recommend. We will be back!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious and clean. It’s in the perfect location for walking to local restaurants and shops, as well as close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed most of our trip at the beach as the pool was not working due to a recent storm that took out the pump and caused some other electrical issues. While this was a bit disappointing we still had a wonderful trip and look forward to booking here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with an excellent location. The condo could use a little touch up paint and the sliding glass door is tough to open, but other than those minor things, it is pretty perfect. You have to wear your blue band at this condo the entire time to get in and out of the gate to the beach. I would stay here again.

It was a nice stay

The complex is really large but easy to drive up and park and get to the condo. The pools were closed while there so that wasn’t great. The beach is a little far to walk to but got there. We did not love that we could not adjust the a/c as needed since we paid to stay there. I did email the property manager and they let us adjust by 2°.

Seacrest Stay at High Point

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is decorated nicely. It is has a better view of the ocean than a lot of other units. We did have to call Russell Vacation Rentals upon arrival because my husband who is 6 foot 3 and 195 lbs could not open the patio door. We were afraid the handle would come off. Russell was so kind and accommodating. Luckily we got it open and just didn’t close it tightly. Some instructions for the dishwasher would be nice. I couldn’t figure it out so washed dishes. Loved our stay though, but unfortunately had to leave a day early because of Helene. That stunk. Also loved having the Tiki bar. Great food and drinks

Great Location and View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beachfront although the buildings are back away from the beach. The condo had a nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We had minor issues with the internet and burned-out light bulbs which were eventually addressed. Employees of Russell Vacations were extremely helpful. Negatives: Floors were very dirty and the old sliding doors barely closed. These need to be replaced (this might be an HOA issue). The noise from the pool equipment below the unit droned on all night making sleeping difficult (might not bother everyone). We had not been to the area before and were surprised that many of the beaches are private property. We were told to leave one area even though we were outside of the private property signs. Not a problem in Naples. Beautiful views and scenery, but we won't be back to the area.

Comfort in Rosemary Beach

Updated nice furniture, comfortable beds. Clean and well organized. Disappointed that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, we had to go buy more. And 1 garbage bag for the kitchen. There are also some things that need attention as well.
