Great stay!
We had an excellent vacation in PCB! The condo has beautiful views, is well maintained, and we had good communication with the property owners. We highly recommend staying here, and should we visit PCB again would definitely reach out personally to book our stay.

This condo is amazing! The location directly on the beach is wonderful. Open the balcony door and enjoy the fresh air and sound of the waves! The condo is exactly as seen in pictures! Wonderfully comfortable furniture, including beds! Immaculately clean, fresh and in good condition! Washer & dryer were appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with baking pans, casserole dishes and cookware! FYI, the ice maker needed overnight to produce a good amount of ice. It was well filled after that. It was soothing and wonderful to sit out on the balcony! Communication with owners was excellent! Every text was answered promptly! One issue was the LR TV, better instructions for use and which channels are available are needed. There were three remotes! One was easily identified as being for the dvr, but then there two others! It was confusing as to which remote did which function. I hope the owners have provided clear directions to function of each and a list of available channels! We are from PA but if we choose Panama City Beach for another adventure we will definitely stay here again. It was the nicest VRBO we have stayed in and we have used VRBO many times!

This condo has the best view! All rooms face the ocean. It is located close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Could not have asked for more!

Great Trip!
We really enjoyed our stay here, the layout was great! The bedrooms are split on the far end of each side so we didn't wake up our kids. The whole gulf facing wall is all windows so you can see the gulf from all rooms. I would highly recommend this location for families.

The best condo on the beach
Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer!! We communicated before and during our stay. The condo was clean and had everything you need or want for your stay. We stayed 3 weeks and felt like it was home for our time there. The location is great. I would recommend Carousel food store over Winn Dixie. The beach is well maintained and the water is clear!! Enjoyed watching the dolphins playing from our balcony. Enjoy!!

Wonderful Condo
The condo is great! The pictures online are exactly the way it was upon arrival. Extremely clean and the perfect amount of space for us during our stay for the week. Access to the beach is close with daily chair service. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. My wife and I will definitely be booking here next time we visit Panama City Beach!

Super clean accommodations
First time to the beach and could actually walk on the floor without get sand on your feet. Strict policy on keeping sand out of condo by owner which we greatly appreciated. It really make a difference. Would stay there again for sure

This place is so close to everything. The beach is not crowded and very beautiful. The owner Rene and Megan are so nice and very prompt in answering our questions. They even informed us when the beach was closed because of dangerous water condition. We will definitely come back here.

This was like a home away from home for our week at the beach. The beds were comfy, everything was well maintained, and the property manager was so kind. The location was great, and the grocery store was right down the street. We were close to restaurants and fun activities and the beach was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The condo was spacious, clean and in a great location. Parking was easy and having the chairs for the beach as part of the rental was awesome. And, the beach was not packed but instead quiet and beautiful. Will be coming back here next year!

The view was amazing! The condo was very nice and had everything needed for our stay. The only problems were the parking and the location of the elevator for my seniors that walk really slow. The 2 handicap parking spots were never available and E404 was the farthest condo from the elevator.

Nice place
Was very nice but the blinds in the master bedroom should have been fixed. Light coming in every morning so it was very hard to sleep. Also, the bathroom had damage above the shower and shower curtain looked dirty.

Great Condo
We have stayed in this condo before and returned for another vacation. The location is convenient to grocery store and restaurants. But most of all, the view is amazing and only a few steps to the beach. Just love it!

The owner was very accommodating after a snafu with getting packages delivered. My advice is don't have anything mailed to yourself during your stay there. :)

Yes, I'm glad we were able to get the shipping worked out successfully. If guests would like to receive purchases from Amazon, we recommend sending it to the Amazon Locker in PCB. Since we don't live in PCB full time USPS doesn't deliver to our address.

My granddaughters and I were very happy with the place. Very private and no noise what so ever. Was worried about unruly kids due it to being spring break for most but there was none of that in this complex or on the beach.

Best Beach Vacation Ever

The Days Were Lost to Loud Construction
The building is currently having work done to the underlying structure of the place. It is loud. The unrelenting noise of power equipment made relaxing in and around the unit during daytime hours completely untenable. The building's project has been ongoing since August 2022 and, as was told to me, is expected to last until mid 2023. The crew stops for lunch and wraps up by 5pm. Overall, the unit was clean. It was a wiped down clean though. Not a spotless clean. Things like, the tile's mopped but, the grout is dirty. Or, the countertop is wiped while the range is greasy from however many rentals ago. The furnishings are dusted while the ceiling and vents are not. Be on the lookout for bits of popcorn ceiling falling about the place. Most of the provided accommodations as well the considerations, are dated. While it's appreciated that linens were provided, what was on hand was all visibly well past its prime. Sheets, towels, washcloths, mats, pillows...all of it. I never did lift the mattresses in the double queen room, they sure do creak like cots though. Lighting in the bathrooms is dim meanwhile, the exhaust fans struggle. Outside, there's furniture out on the patio. It'll hold you up but, that stuff's been forgotten about. Upon entering the unit, there's a slight musty odor on the air that is present while the air conditioner is operating. The odor eventually fades, that is until going out for a bit then entering again. Entering, there's a dimly lit keypad to navigate. The unit is on the opposite side of the elevator. The unit is spacious while everything within works. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare meals. The dish washing machine is whisper quiet, the washer and dryer turn out clean clothes. Storage and drawer space is plentiful. Many items for activities for either the beach or pool are available within the unit. The water is super soft, heats up quickly and, everyone has their own sink. Dogs under 20lbs welcomed. The owners are helpful, considerate, communitive and available. The view is everything you want in a beachside spot where the water's clear and the sand is sugar white.

Deanna, thank you for your feedback, we always want to hear ways we can improve our stay for future guests. I have already contacted my housekeeper about your concerns. We do check and replace the linen regularly as needed, so thank you for bringing that to my attention. The construction in the parking garage did begin in August in the West Tower at Seachase. It began in the East Tower, mid-October and I was unaware of the noise because no previous guests had mentioned it. The work was gradually moving closer to our end of the building, so this could explain that. The work is scheduled to finish December 23, 2022. Seachase is starting a window project in mid January 2023 that may go through the summer.

We absolutely loved this condo. The check in process was easy. Megan was great and very responsive. The condo was exceptionally clean with comfortable furniture and beds. And the view...the view was awesome. We spent many mornings on the balcony watching for dolphins which we saw every day. The sunsets were amazing too! You could not ask for a better view of the crystal blue water and white sand. And on top of it all we were able to bring our two fur babies which made the trip perfect. They thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. We have found our place to stay in PCB. We will definitely be back.
