So spacious

This was such a lovely space. Having three full bathrooms made for a quick bedtime after a day at the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated too. We would highly recommend this unit. Just be prepared for long elevator wait times on the 29th floor.

The view from the 29th floor is unmatched...absolutely beautiful. The location of the building is perfect. The elevators in the building definitely need upgraded. The wait times are just to get on one is pretty long.

The view was AMAZING

The condo was amazing and very spacious there was 6 of us and we never felt like we was on top of each other. All the rooms were very spacious and each had their own bathroom. We never waited over 2-3 mins for a elevator. This was by far one of the best and biggest condos we have stayed at. But the view is amazing. Only thing is make sure you take salt and pepper if your family uses. But overall it was a great place and definitely would stay again.

Nicely decorated

We enjoyed our condo unit other than the washer & dryer not working properly. Was a little worried when we got there and found old food in the fridge & receipts crumpled up in both master bedrooms but everything else appeared clean. The elevators did put a damper on our trip a couple times which will be why we will not stay at Tidewater again in the future. The unit was spacious and decorated really cute though & we really enjoyed our beach chairs and umbrella.

Beautiful view

The room itself was as seen. The beds were horrible. They are so hard. The washer doesn’t work and the dryer made horrible noise. We packed light depending on the washer to find out it didn’t work. The light for the stove didn’t work. There is a broom but no way to pick up the trash you sweep up. The vacuum cleaner is ancient and didn’t work at all. The elevator was horrible!!! We waited every time we left and it made us not want to leave. Several people told us the same things about waiting for the elevator. So be prepared to wait.

Condo was great; property was awful

I have never left a bad review until today. The condo itself was as described. Beautifully decorated. The full beds in the third bedroom are very uncomfortable and the sheets were cheapest that I have ever felt. But worst was the building itself . It was awful. I can’t emphasize enough what a problem that the elevators were. There were at least two that was totally broken during our stay. Fire and rescue was even called when one was stuck on a floor. That was the conversation of everyone at the pool and those waiting at the elevators. Prepare yourself for at least 30 minutes to try to get on an elevator. Loads of other travelers stated that they would never be back to Tidewater. I will not either. The pools were not cleaned. Lots of debris and hair. Someone could have simply daily went by and cleaned out the drains but they did not. Terrible experience. The pool was cold. We were treated terribly trying to get a luggage cart. Which is not your biggest problem. Once you get a luggage cart, you can’t get it on an elevator. Security did their job. It was safe.

The Condo is amazing.We had 6 adults one baby.The rooms are nice and spacious with each room having access to their own bathroom.Never felt like we were on top of each other.Very clean and nice decor.If you are coming and planning on cooking just remember to bring your own spices.I seem to always forget and have to buy.We were on the beach most of the time enjoying the good weather.We were there after school had started .The elevator issue most people complain about was a none issue for use.29th floor is really up there.I would have no problem staying there again but would prefer closer to beach view.
