Great View

The location of this property was great! Close to a lot of shopping. The jacuzzi and pool (both) were amazing. The condo itself was amazing. Very spacious and accommodating. A couple of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but still made for a great nights sleep. Will defiantly stay again.

Excellent spring break destination!

My husband and I came down for the week to stay with my son and his friends for their spring break week. The property was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the fun. We had a blast and we’ll definitely be back.

Started Out Rough

When we arrived we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Floors were filthy... people who kicked off their shoes feet were black by the evening. Furniture was all badly stained, and the couch smelled like urine. The toliet in one of the bathrooms was not flushing properly and it was very loose from the floor. I contacted the manager and they sent someone out the next morning to scrub the floors, and the next day someone came out and steam cleaned all of the furniture. Also next day a person came in and fixed the toliet. I was impressed with the management for doing this for us. Beautiful view and sunshine, with a clean place to stay for a week salvaged the vacation.

Very nice place

We had a really great experience at this 4 bedroom condo. It accommodated all 10 of us perfectly. The pool is beautiful and our view was gorgeous. Check-in is very easy and the property management worked great with us. We will be using this property again.

Spring Break

Great condo, large enough for 8 adults with plenty of room. The balcony is the best! Pool area is very small with no shade or tables. Other than terrible spring break traffic this is a great condo.

Beautiful condo and spacious balcony

Large condo with plenty of room. Kitchen is nice and plenty of seating. Beautiful views and large balcony. Great location right by everything. Would recommend updating the bed in master suite that was very uncomfortable and one of the beds in the room closest to master suite. Ice maker does not work. Would recommend including beach chairs as part of rental we were very disappointed at the cost it would be and this was the first rental (out of 7 others) that did not include them as part of rental.

Very nice

The condo was very nice , it was exactly what the description said it was - we were 3 hours early getting there but our room was ready , so that was great -- only problem we had was the elevators , 1 day they werent working at all -- and everyday our down button on our floor wouldnt work - we had to push up to get the elevator to stop , and unfortunately had to ride up to go down - i woukld definately stay here again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was fantastic. The building was great.The interior was this condo was awful. Dirty, poorly equipped kitchen, dishwasher ran but didn’t was the dishes.Sad that the condo had low standards because the location was wonderful

Great location

The condo was just like the pictures. We love taht area because it is easy to go in and out of the beach. The condo was clean besides the daily sand we get. We had an issue with the hot water and they came right away and fixed it. Love that we were on the 7th floor so if the elevators were taking long we could walk down. Overall great experience. Pros: just like the picture. Fast response. Corner view. Cons: elevators(out of their control) issue with water(they came and fixed it right away. They deserve a 5 stars and most likely will book again with them next year

The condo overall wasn’t bad but the floors could use a good cleaning and the couches are dirty and not very comfortable Our feet were black and there was nothing at the condo to clean the floors ourselves. No iron, so you may want to bring your own.

We had just a couple of issues during the stay. There was some sand in the beds - the bathroom drain was so clogged the tub wouldn’t drain and there was quite a bit of overall dirtiness that should have been taken care of prior to us checking in. There was also issues with the elevators and lots of waiting! That was rough. We took the stairs some but that’s hard with a lot of stuff! The view was awesome and beach access easy! I won’t stay here again because I thought for the money it should have been more upscale and cleaner. But it was awful! We did have a fun week!

I only had a few issues: 1. They was no starter kits for dish washer2. The floors had not been cleaned3. There were blood stains on two of the five beds. 4. There was little to no hot water in showers

Needs a good cleaning & updating

The condo needs updated. The couch was not the one in the pic and it was worn out & dirty. One bed was completely broken and the mattress was caved in. There was 2 inches of mold in the bottom of the dish washer. The showers were slick...making it hard to stand up. The security people were very nosey and patrolled constantly while at the pool. They were constantly scolding everyone for every little thing. I understand there are rules, but some of the rules were extreme. Vacation is a time to relax but there was no relaxing with security hoovering everytime you visited the pool. We had a good time, but won't be staying at the this condo again. Definitely not worth the $. ECDI was easy to deal with but they need to do a walk through of the condos they are managing.
