Very good experience

Very clean and comfortable home. A/C worked great. Loved the neighborhood. Had some issues getting in and out of the pools using the scanner/code. Also, I was told guest don’t actually have access to the nicer pool that is advertised in the pictures of the home. Other than that, it was a very good experience. Hope to come back

Wonderful property!

This house was perfect for our trip! We’ve stayed in the Carillon neighborhood before, but this property was the best so far! Check in was super easy/codes provided on time and worked, house was very clean, kitchen stocked with any appliance you could need, front porch was so relaxing, and close walk to the beach/ also, the property is right across from the pool/basketball court area. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Spring Break visit at “A Stone’s Throw”

Wonderful stay at “A Stones Throw!” The house was well appointed and clean. Perfect for our family with little ones as it was right across the street from the playground and family pool. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay at A Stone’s Throw

We had an amazing week at this property. The house was immaculate when we arrived and it is a gorgeous property. Located across the street from the largest pool, the basketball courts and pickleball courts was a huge plus for us having a teenager and younger children.

Stunning Home!

We have been vacationing several times a year in Carillon for over 15 years, and this is by far my favorite house to rent! It is stunning! I can sit on the front porch and watch my children play across the street.

Nothing Short of Amazing

We stayed at A Stone’s Throw this past week and it was amazing. The home was very conveniently located, with the basketball court and a swimming pool directly across the street. We loved the layout. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a short-term rental. We had absolutely everything we could need. The air conditioning worked almost too well.

Beautiful Home!

We have been going to Carillon for over 10 years, and this has been my favorite house that we have rented! It is so beautiful and very clean. We loved being able to sit on the porch as the kids play basketball and pickle ball across the street. Our children love to rent bikes and ride around Carillon. The chair setup is right off the beach walkway. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future:).

Great location

The location was amazing for kids as it is right across from the park, pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The house was ok.. outdoor furniture inside living room. No blankets on any of the beds, blinds were jankoty and very few kitchen cooking amenities. The most concerning thing was there was a strong smell of gas when we checked in (you could smell from the street outside). It was over 24 hours later when someone from the management company got back to us about it. So we rolled the dice and went to sleep with young children hoping for the best. Vacasa can do better.

Beach week perfection!

We truly enjoyed every bit of our stay in A Stone's Throw. We traveled with a set of grandparents, and the size of the house was perfect for our family of 7. The bunk beds and master being on the top floor together felt very safe for us with our young children (and the kids LOVED having bunk beds!). The master bedroom was dreamy and every bit as luxurious as we could have imagined (but please note that while the photos show comforters on the beds, there were no comforters on either king bed). The pool, tennis court, basketball court, field and playground being across the street was PERFECT for our family and the promenade walk through to the restaurants made getting afternoon ice cream and dinner so easy. The location was really the perfect spot for us! Everything felt very safe and clean and we had the best time. We didn't utilize the fire pit and sitting area outside, as it was just a bit too hot. The walk to the beach was so easy and the chairs were directly across from walkover #3, which made it really easy. I will say, the chairs are all set back really far from the water line, so if you have small kids like we did, you won't likely be using the chairs much because you are way too far from the water. We ended up renting chairs and umbrellas from the beach chair rental company. All in all, we had the best week. We will definitely consider renting this house again!

Great house close to beach and pool

This is right across from pool/playground/tennis/pickle ball/bball. Bery quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to quiet beach. Great front porch swings. Master/ bunk room upstairs. 2nd master main level- would be perfect for family+ grandparents

Perfect Home

We stayed in Stone’s Throw for a week. The home is beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds. We love the quiet atmosphere of Carillon with its close proximity to the busier areas of 30A. Beautiful Home

We just stayed at a Stones Throw for a quick visit to the beach. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. It has a very convenient location to the kids pool and basketball courts. Vacasa is very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or issues you may encounter, and there is an office on site. Would definitely keep this home in mind for a future visit, and we been busy recommending this home to friends and family.
