Great location

Room was quiet and clean. Condo is right on the beach and parking was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again

Great Family Vacation

We loved Aqua. Condo was very nice. Bathrooms could have been a little more clean upon arrival but overall was a great place to stay!

Awesome

They have literally thought about everything! All cooking and even baking needs are there! We even had our beach chauffeur since we had a couple of disabled people in our group and the beach sand is not friendly to them. We all had a wonderful time!

Great Vacation

1704 was exactly like it shows in the pictures. Everything about our trip was great. I read some reviews about the condos and elevator waits and power outages. We experienced none of that. Parking was nice and easy, never waited longer than a minute or two on elevator. Place was clean, great view, nice cool AC for when inside. Would absolutely stay here again if in pcb.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AQUA IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY. A/c was awesome when going over from parking garage. The rooms were spotless. Great view from balcony. Saw a dolphin. The pool and hot tub is great and beach access too! I give 10/10 great place.

Absolutely wonderful

We love coming to PCB for our vacations. We typically stay in hotels but this time we decided to rent a condo. This condo was spacious and comfy. Water pressure was AMAZING. The pools were nice. The only issue we ran into was that at the main entrance only one of the elevators was working. But it appears they were working to fix the other one. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BOOKBEACH and especially Melissa Harris prepared me to enjoy my experience from the moment I came to the AQUA. A spacious dining/living room area and totally adequate kitchen added to the ease and comfort. One of the living room chairs needs a new cushion but any maintenance needed was immediately addressed. Very pleasant!

Nice condo, clean and well kept

This condo was as the property description said and we enjoyed staying there. The condo was clean and well kept but missing a blow dryer in the hall bathroom and hangers in either closet. After reporting this to the property manager they did bring us both by the next day. We had a small hiccup with early check in but that was resolved shortly there after and we were able to get it early. Thanks again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this unit for a week. We liked that it was big enough for the five of us. The bathrooms were spacious and so were the rooms. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the master bed. It had dips in it so I had to find that one spot to stay in all night. The view of the ocean was very nice. Everything that we needed was close by. The pier park was just a 10 minute walk. What we liked most about this unit was the fact that beach chairs were included with our stay. We were at the beach all but one day. Melissa was an awesome host. She was quick at responding to me. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Much needed time away!

The condo was very nice and had all the supplies needed to enjoy your trip. Extra chairs and noodles was a nice bonus in the master closet and the littles enjoy the bunk beds. Condo was up to date and styled very nice.
