Love Watercrest and this condo!! We had 8 adult/teens and fit is all perfectly!! The patio is so roomy and relaxing!! The view was breathtaking!! This is our 3rd time staying at Watercrest!!

Absolutely loved this place!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about this place. The room was spotless and smelt clean the entire time. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of them in the morning. The beach area was not so crowded you couldn’t enjoy yourself. The elevators were super fast. Chairs and umbrella came with the room so that helped out tremendously! We didn’t have to drag so much stuff to the beach just to be comfortable all day. We met the property manager which was Sunkiss Beach Rentals and she was very nice , she made sure we had everything we needed. Every worker we came across at this hotel was friendly. Overall we had a great experience at this hotel an will definitely be renting it again.

My daughter and I took 3 teenage boys to the beach for their bring break. The condo is located close to many restaurants and activities. The condo was perfect! It is beautifully decorated and has all of the kitchen necessities . I can’t say enough about

Nice condo directly on the beach

The condo was as expected. Beds were comfortable and overall the condo was clean. Communication was great and we had a wonderful time. We were on the 15th floor, but other than one time we didn’t really have wait times for the elevator. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

Beautiful condo at Watercrest!

We came for Spring Break and wanted a quieter environment compared to previous trips to Panama City Beach. This unit and building was nice and quiet with tons of younger kids - perfect for families! The unit was very clean and well taken care of. The unit's wifi password didn't work during our stay so we had to use the building's general wifi but it was sufficient enough to be able to work remotely. Everything about the unit itself was great. The unit was super clean upon our arrival - I was really impressed that there was no sandy grit walking around barefoot considering it's a beachfront condo. Watercrest was a great building overall. The only two negatives that I have is the chair service had us back in 3rd row and the tikibar was lackluster - they closed at 5pm so don't expect to get dinner from the bar unless you're an early eater. By 6pm, finding a nearby restaurant that offers carryout is a challenge - the area restaurants we called like Schooners flat out told us they're no longer doing carryout orders. Watercrest's tikibar only serves basic foods that they can reheat in a toaster oven. I drove to Boardwalk to order dinner from their tikibar because their food was so much better (Boardwalk grill's seafood platter is DELICIOUS!!!) -- at the same time, I realize that Watercrest is a much smaller building compared to Boardwalk so that's probably why the tikibar closes so early. My family's scenario is probably unique where we prefer carry-out over dine-in and have food allergies we have to worry about. The chair service is a nice perk for sure, but for a family with young children being back in the 3rd row and not being able to see our kids at the beach was a negative... especially considering the front row was almost entirely empty (assumingly reserved for owners or people who pay). We only spent one day at the beach because of it and instead spent the rest of our time at the pool. The pool was great and my kids had no problem finding new friends to play with. The security guards were not overbearing and allowed everyone to have a good time. The only other slight knock is the cleaning crew was literally sitting on the bench outside the unit at 8am on departure day. He kept saying no rush but it still felt rushed knowing they were waiting. A few criticalities aside, our time at Beach Happy condo was absolutely excellent. The owners and Sunkissed Rentals definitely have pride in ownership and take care of the unit! A+ would recommend!!!!

Short Summer Vacay

Really nice condo Well equipped in the kitchen (except no dish cloths). Lots of silverware and plates and bowls. Really nice place. A little smaller than the places we’ve stayed before. Overall highly recommend. Our daughter left her wireless Beats headphones when we left 😡😡😡😡 but within ten minutes they called and said cleaning crew found them!!! Very honest!!! Only negative…. Gotta back off comments about minor things like fingerprints on windows resulting in excessive cleaning charges and the like!!! We get it!!! We’ve stayed at dozens of condos. That is a little over the top.

Perfect Slice of Paradise

Such a great stay in this little slice of paradise! The condo was just as advertised with beautiful views of the beach from the huge balcony and plenty of sun and shade to enjoy the scenery, comfortably! The bedrooms and common spaces were great sizes and the kitchen was perfect for cooking, with basically everything we needed! The condo was stocked with plenty of extra towels, extra fans, and dishes. We also loved that we were able to reserve beach chairs for our stay, we even paid to have 2 more added so we could all enjoy them. Loved the Watercrest! Wasn’t too noisy or overcrowded and everyone we met was incredibly nice. And you can’t beat that short walk to the beach! We’ll definitely be planning to stay here again next summer!

Comfortable, Relaxing Home Away From Home

Clean, comfortable stay, great people, beautiful beachfront… a wonderful home away from home. We enjoyed being surrounded by locals (owners) as well as vacationers. Great patio, we played games on the deck every evening. And it’s close to Schooner’s which is a must visit. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Great Beach Getaway

This condo is beautiful. It was exactly as pictured. Communication was great with the rental agents and they were very helpful. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 5. Kitchen had everything except a griddle and dish cloths ( it had dish towels) so we brought our own dish cloths and pot holders since I head read a previous review that indicated that. Linens and plush bath towels and facecloths were upper level and not cheap. Thwre were several beach towels left from previous renters and beach chairs X4 that other renters had left so that was helpful that we didn’t have to take ours out. An umbrella was left there too for the beach but it was broken. Not to worry as this condo included 2 beach beds with umbrella for the week. You just have to go down to the beach attendant and check in, pick the bed location number and you are set for the week. Although the condo is non smoking, there were times that our neighbors were smoking on their balconies and the way our balcony was set back, there was little breeze to blow it away. Since we like to breathe fresh air, we just waited for them to be done and went back out to enjoy the great view in the comfy patio couch and lounges. Wish there was absolutely NO smoking as it did impact our freedom to enjoy the patio at times but for the most part- it was not a big part of the stay. There were a few things we had to notify our contact about - several light bulbs were out, and a few minor issues- he appreciated knowing but we actually didn’t have anyone come to replace the bulbs during our stay. All in all, parking was fine, location was further down from the college spring break kids and crazy traffic but not too far from the Park Pier and other shopping. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. One issue was I had checked the reviews for elevator waits and this condo is directly across from the elevator(s) which was convenient. People said the waits weren’t long when the elevators were working. Unfortunately apparently several elevators were out of order during our stay and apparently for 2 weeks prior according to others we spoke with. It is quite unfortunate that the owners of the building would not consider this a huge inconvenience to many people especially in the busier times starting on March Break. Not that this was the renters issue but it did have an impact being on the 15th floor and having to take the stairs down on a few occasions. Would stay here again!!

The condo was clean and was as advertised. The view was beautiful. The water is gorgeous. My daughter and grandkids really enjoyed the heated pool. There was a lot of drawer space but the closets needed some hangers. Loved it

Right place, Wrong time

The check in process was easy and the place itself was nice and bigger in person. Easy access to property management and they included 4 beach chairs which came in handy. On the other hand, during the whole duration of our stay, there was nonstop construction on the beach going on day and night. Peaceful waves in the night time were blocked out by the sounds of tractors and other displeasing noises. We had no beachfront access and had to walk about a quarter mile to get to the beach. Also, one out of the two elevators were out of order, making getting in and out of the place a much longer process.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay at Biltmore Beach was amazing! The unit was perfect for our family with 2 kids under 3 and the view of the gulf was as advertised. The people we met by the beach and at the pool were wonderful. We really loved our first visit to Panama City Beach and hope to make it back as our children grow up.

4 Day Beach Trip

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the guest room stayed alot warmer than the rest of the condo. The elevators were very quick. The location was perfect because we wanted to spend some time at St. Andrew's which was close. We would definitely stay here again.

Great surf

Not a lot of negative. One thing that was aggravating was the guy who issued chair assignments was rude. I went down 3x according to his timetable to reserve the chairs. He kept telling me he wasn’t ready and didn’t go by a clock. Room was clean. Beach was great with perfect surf. There were no extra supplies like washing machine powder or spices so bring everything you may need.

Great condo with an amazing view.

What more can I say. The condo is well maintained and up to date. The view is amazing and the parking lot is easy to get into. The host had phenomenal communication throughout leading up to and during our trip. I highly recommend staying here.

Panama City June 2021

Overall the condo was nice. I suggest they need to buy new sofa furniture. It is broke down for sure. Also the 2nd bedroom has no air, and things like towel rack and toilet paper holder are broke from wall. I suggest if you are going to stay to bring more towels with you also. I thought we was getting what we paid for and it could had been better. I will definitely stay at Watercrest again but not that condo.
