Amazing family getaway

Or group of 8 had plenty of room to gather and to have our own space! We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and views from the balconies! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Large spacious home just steps from the beach. Great beach view. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully stocked except there was not a pot large enough to cook crab legs but that wouldn't keep me from staying there again. Loved the house and location.

Beautiful home

We had 2 families share this home and had plenty of space and everything we needed from plenty of towels to beach items. Beds were very comfortable, as were couches and chairs for lounging. Everything worked properly and the elevator was a nice bonus for unloading and stocking the kitchen! The location is perfect for beach access. We loved the patios with plenty of furniture and great views!

We were impressed with how clean this property was. We have stayed at other beach homes over the years and this has been the cleanest. Two tubs were clogged when we arrived. We called for service and the issue was fixed the same day. Great customer service and I recommend this property

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Access to the beach is convenient. There was plenty of room for our large extended family. The decor is tastefully done. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for the cooking that we did. And the elevator was a lifesaver for unloading and loading suitcases and groceries. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Let me tell y'all this place was absolutely amazing!! We had a party of 12 everyone was comfortable with plenty of space! The kitchen was large enough to cook big meals and offered plenty of seating for everyone! The balconies were wonderful and access to the beach was a breeze!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and furnished well!! The master bedroom is to die for!! We really really enjoyed this home it offered everything we expected and more!!

This house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The 2 large balconies are a great place to take in the ocean views. The downstairs mother in law suite is perfect for those desiring more privacy. The location Is convent to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Paradise Properties was great to work with and promptly responded to our needs. The only downside we experienced was the fridge space was limited for the number of guests the house accommodates.

We loved this house. The layout was perfect for 2 families. The decor was gorgeous. And the location to the beach cannot be beat. You walk across the street and you are ON THE BEACH. Excellent, would highly recommend

The home was very nice and clean. The elevator really helped my husband and I get our heavy luggage up to the top floor. While it was only supplied with “starter” supplies, it was plenty for us for the whole week. I would have preferred a door or curtain on the 3rd-floor bathroom shower. It was very cold with it so open. Also, a small bench or ledge to put your foot on to shave/wash your legs would be helpful. But overall, it was a very nice clean home we would stay at again.

Great Stay

We stayed here from a Thursday afternoon until Sunday. The house was beautiful. Very nice, 3 stories, and even a great view from the balconies. Unfortunately, my sister and her husband got the master bedroom, with the best view, it was her 50th bday. What a beautiful suite, huge shower, great view, and everything. The house is just across the street from beach access, which was no issue at all. That end of the beach, at least for now, was not very crowded at all, and no issues with people. I would recommend this location and house. Paradise Properties were actually very pleasant to deal with, also. No issues, very polite, and were always available.

This was our first time to be in the Panama City Beach area. We have been staying in Seaside for six years, but the home that we have been staying at ,sold. Family Vacation for 10

We vacationed with our grown children and grandchildren. The home was a perfect fit for our group. We found the home decor and furnishings to be appealing. There was no complaints with the comfort of the beds. The 3 stories give you privacy at bedtime. We found the location of the home to be perfect. The was NOT a crowd on the beach. The only negative was the shared pool. The furniture was in need of replacement and there was weeds growing through the brick decking around the pool. The pool itself was clean and most days we were the only people using it. It is located about 10 feet from our back patio. Over all it was a splendid trip with family!

Great house for large family vacation!

Our family of 14 stayed at Beach Witch in June 2021. Our group included kids of all ages, elementary age to young adult. Everything about this home was PERFECT. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would possibly need in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone & the location was so convenient since it only required a few steps to cross the street to reach the sand. When we booked, we were worried how hard it would be to cross Front Beach Road to get to the beach. Don't worry about this - it was never an issue! The community pool is only shared between a few homes & it was never crowded. It was nice to have that option for the kids in the evening after we had returned from the beach. We had a few maintenance issues while we were there & they were very quick to respond. Nothing major - rainstorm resulted in rain leaking on 2nd floor sliding door and no brook to sweep since battery on cordless vacuum was not charged.

Beautiful house great beach access

This house has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We had multiple families and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen has any of supplies you need for cooking or grilling at home. We spent a majority of our time on the porches overlooking the ocean. You're able to walk directly from the driveway to the public beach access. There aren't any high rises in the area so the beach even during a holiday week was not overly crowded. The beds are very comfortable and the design is inviting enough to make you feel at home. We will definitely be renting here again in the future. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: Hi Julie! Thunder Beach

We stayed at the house for Thunder Beach October 2022. It was a great location central to to everything. This was our second stay and the house is great.
