Excellent Stay

My stay at Liz beautiful property on the beach was amazing. I initially had a problem unlocking the door but Liz was so attentive taking care of the problem immediately.I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for us!

Great view, easy access, very comfortable furnishings, well stocked…Liz checked in with us occasionally just to make sure all was good! All the staff at Tidewater was very nice. The weather turned unseasonably cold so the indoor pool and spa was great!

Spring Break Perfection

This condo was so cute and very clean! Perfect place for a quick getaway with my husband! Master bed so so comfy! Highly recommend staying there!

Great Stay!

The property was nice with many amenities to enjoy with a young family. The unit was well stocked and very clean. The furnishings were nice, which helped us to settle in well. We had such a great stay!

Beautiful place

Great condo with updated amenities. Definitely liked being on the 3rd floor compared to some other condos we have stayed at the Tide Water. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Amazing location overlooking the beach with the added convenience of avoiding elevators by being on the third floor. Beautifully decorated and relaxing. We will definitely book again!!

Clean, Responsive Owner, Nicely Appointed

I stayed here with my kids age 6,12, and 15. We have a wonderful time. The property was clean, and the owner was responsive when we arrived a little early. She was friendly and kind and very enjoyable to talk to. We had everything we needed and it was all taken care of nicely. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation with a beautiful view!

Our stay at Sandy Toes was amazing! Liz was very responsive and went above and beyond making sure we had all the info we needed! We were very grateful for being on the 3rd floor as we were able to skip the elevator lines! The place was very clean and the view was picture perfect!

This property is such a perfect location and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! You are literally right on the beach! Thank you for the coffee machine and flavored creamers! Loved drinking my coffee in the rocking chair every morning staring out at the ocean - it's the little things!

Beautiful beach views

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pools despite the issues in the building with elevators not working. Place was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this unit as you can easily take the stairs to access parking garage and beach access. Location is also great if you want to go explore 30-A beaches. Thank you for a relaxing time!

2023 Winter Break Weekend

The unit was adorable, beautifully decorated & super clean. The unit is updated - maximized to create a spacious feel. Liz was very nice & prompt in responding to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes and definitely plan to stay again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful! Everything was very clean and Liz was great to work with! She always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We loved that she had items already there to use such as beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring our own. The view was amazing as well!

Amazing Stay

My wife loved the view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sounds crashing on the beach from the 3rd floor balcony but overall the attention to detail that the owner put into the condo for use to feel that were were in a luxury hotel. Also the communication was outstanding. The owner reach out to us on day of arrival to ensure our check in process was smooth. This will be our new Panama City Beach vacation spot from now on. I highly recommend the stay at this condo.

Spring Break Rejuvenation

Liz’s condo was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as depicted by the photos. It was very clean, in a perfect location, and incredibly comfortable. We had a most perfect trip and everyone in and near the condo was very kind and considerate. The beach gear and toys were very nice to have. Tom he balcony seating and view were amazing!! Liz was very responsive although we really never had to contact her for anything because the place was perfect! She has the place set up with basic necessities and shared lots of local tourist information. We will definitely be back!!
