Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good stay

We enjoyed our weekend there. The unit is showing its age but could be much better with a refresh. The shower curtain rod in bathroom is literally rusting away and it permanently stained a towel I hung to dry. The furniture in the living & dining rooms is ready to be replaced ASAP. Everything worked fine and unit is good for what it is: a high-traffic beach condo. We had no problems.

Spacious Balcony Condo

The condo and facilities had everything we needed, it was quiet and in a good location to shopping, restaurants and airport. The balcony was very large and was wonderful for morning coffee, midday naps and night time drinks. I would recommend this place for families and friends. I thought it maybe noisy being March break, but it was very quiet.

Very clean and nicely decorated!!

This was a very nice condo!! The master bedroom mattress should be switched out but that was our only complaint. The entire unit is tastefully done in every way from the furnishings to the wall decor. The huge balcony with quality outdoor furniture is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. We would stay again!!

Beautiful view

The views of the beach are beautiful and the unit is located right across the hall from 3 elevators so very handy for going to parking garage, pool, or out to the beach. It was too cool to sit on the beach while we were there but we enjoyed a nice morning walk.

Amazing Place

Wow! This particular condo is up-to-date, clean, beautiful, and everything we could’ve hoped for. We loved the private parking space, the view of the ocean, and the very short walk to be right on the beach. We wanted to stay forever. Can’t wait to stay here again!

we had no communication at all to ask any questions. Every time we called, it directed us to the Vacasa app where you could only cancel or reschedule. Property condition was ok, sand on the floor, crumbs on the floor, stained pillow case, lights didn't come on couple of places, broken bathroom door etc. Wrong Wifi password was provided, parking is very tight. Balcony view is gorgeous and house is well decorated. Overall if house would be cleaner, well maintained and had an access to a live human to sort out problems, we would have had a better experience.
