Beginning in August, Sunrise Beach Resort will commence its Garage and Exterior Restoration Project, along with an Elevator Modernization Project. The work will include: balcony repairs, which may limit access to unit balconies, partial garage closures, closure of one of the pools and one of the hot tubs at any given time, and construction noise during working hours. Expected completion by September 30, 2025. The Elevator Modernization Project will run from August 2025 through May 2026. During this time, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.
All SUNRISE BEACH guests must be pre registered to receive a Parking Permit. The registration fee is $50.00 per vehicle and is required by the Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). Limit of 2 parking passes per reservation. Link to be sent via email for vehicle registration prior to arrival. Parking is located under the building on the oceanside for easy access to and from the unit.
