Inside, the space is sunny and inviting, offering a well-designed floor plan and cheery beach decor. Sink into the big comfy armchair with a tour guide of the city, or plot out your adventures over chips and salsa on the dining table with seating for four. The well-equipped galley kitchen offers everything you need to make an intimate dinner at home, or pack your hamburgers and buns to the community charcoal grills by the pool. If you don't feel like cooking, grab a table at the on-site Guadalajara grill, or dive nose deep into a glass of wine and nibble on a cheese plate at the on-site Panama City Beach Winery!

A room divider separates sleeping quarters from the main room and offers a TV so you can veg out in bed! Also, enjoy using the WiFi during your stay. The cozy Florida vacation rental offers a double Murphy bed, and a twin trundle ower bed. The space includes added conveniences like a stacking washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and plenty of storage closets so you can unpack and make yourself at home!

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: There is a boat dock along Grand Lagoon. $50 fee covers docking of boat, and parking of boat trailer for entire stay. Payable to HOA upon arrival, guests will fill out 2 forms, and receive a tag for the trailer, and a sticker for their boat. HOA Office is located by the pool, hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon- Fri.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
