This studio is unique in that the family dog can come along - you're just down the way from Dog Beach! The full kitchen features the plates and glassware you need to enjoy full meals together at the dining table at the end of the day. Though of course, the furnished patio with an ocean view is always an option.

WiFi password was wrong and it took almost 24 hours to figure that out. The shower would not drain and we ended up standing in 6 inches of water by the end. The couch has so many stains that we would not sit on it.

A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door

Cold the entire time! Water from above drips directly outside the door; need better Tv instructions; no parking pass left; shelf in bathroom unusable- ready to fall off wall; need hooks in bathroom! Kitchen was so small/ zero counter space! No view from this unit due to the pool and burn.

We have stayed at several hotels in the area and this condo had the same feel as a hotel with the way it was set up and the location was awesome. We never had to get in our car because everything was walkable. It was nice walking out our sliding doors and the beach was right there! Being dog friendly was a major thumbs up for us. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Perfect little last minute beach trip with pups

Overall, it was good. Nothing fancy, but accommodating. It was clean. Everything was seriously good. My two only complaints are we did see several roaches in our room, and I’m terrified of roaches. Secondly, the key box was jank and wouldn’t close back. The room was great and had everything we needed. It was right by the pool and right at the beach. We will stay again!! Thank you!!

No Ocean View

This vacation rental was adequate for what it is. It is in a good location near Pier Park and right across the street from Shuckums Oyster Bar. It is an efficiency with no separate bedroom. It is one open space. The key was a little finicky to unlock/lock the door. You go down a pretty steep flight of exterior stairs and to a sliding glass door to enter the unit. Not fun if you have a bunch of stuff to lug. There is an old fashioned key lockbox to obtain a key you must keep up with during your stay. Only one key was provided. The unit was clean and cosmetically pleasing for an older property. The layout was functional and the kitchen and bath well supplied. The beds aren't all that comfortable, but were adequate for a weekend stay. The unit opens out to the pool area. So there was some noise from the pool in the evenings. A sand dune blocks the view to the beach. So there is no ocean view. I would also suggest another lamp for the couch/pull-out area. The a/c was ice cold and an overhead fan made the unit comfortable temperature wise. The ice maker did not work during our stay which was not an issue since it was a short stay. It is a pet-friendly property with a small dog walk area. There were also sidewalks that allowed for longer walks if your pup doesn't mind the street noise. I would probably stay again for a long weekend due to location and price. Best suited for a couple or family with small child(ren). Not suited for anyone with mobility issues due to steep stairs to enter the unit.

no gulf view

There was no gulf view because of a pile of sand. The property manager said the sand was there because of a store and couldn't be removed due to régulations. He agreed that thé room should have not been sold as a gulf view. The internet did not work most of the week so the TV would not work. Over all it was the worst vacation I have ever had. I believe half my money should be returned

WORST STAY EVER!! Roaches and bugs!! Horrible customer service/communication!!!

Do not stay at any cost!!! You’ll regret it. This place ruined my vacation. Two tow warnings bc they would not provide me with parking passes that was supposed to be in room at time of arrival. Both tv’s in room did not work. Only tv service is YOUR OWN when you use your log in!!! Huge cockroaches and other bugs inside unit. My eyes swelled up and my husband was bit on his arm by something. Worst place I have ever stayed. I can’t say one good thing about this place.
